I'd like to thank the R11 team especially Mr. Juliane who mde sure that I'll enjoy my stay on the rooftop. They're all nice, respectful, approachable and kind. You'll be comfortable with the service they give and how Mr. Juliane speaks with the guest, so confident, I love it! It seems that he loves what he is doing and passionate about giving great service. A big thumbs up to Chef Dan for the delicious food, I didn't even dip my chicken to the soysauce because it so tasty already, I love the side dish as well. Kudos to R11 Team! Juliane, Paul, Russel, Jomari, Herbon and Chef Dan 🥰 thanks a lot! What also enjoy, is the genre of music they're using! I loved it and had fun! Will come back again Belmont! 🥰 God bless you all!

We arrived late in the day, just after the rain and headed up here for a cocktail. It really is a five star bar but we ordered drinks and then some food and one of the staff asked if we were going to use both tables. Well with wet seats and only three of the ten or so settings in use I replied, why yes, until its dry or do you have a towel. He returned with a towel, appreciated. Directly opposite were two people taking up a four setting and they didn't move. Our drinks came and our food, both fantastic, especially the salmon. We ordered another round of drinks and I have to say the margarita was superb. Nuts, yes most tables got them but not us. Really hate to be petty but if you give them to one give them to all. No tip left sadly as the setting, drinks and most staff were 5 star.

My friend held a surprise birthday party at Belmont last Tuesday, July 12, and the service was nothing short of excellent. I would like to put the spotlight on these people for making our R11 experience top-notch. Julius Visitacion Herbson Castillo Jomari Caidic Jeremy Vasquez Nick Caburnay Jester Marc Paulin Mamaril Juliane Esteban Joshue Dela Cruz I arrived at the venue and the place was beautifully set up, the rooftop party was a vibe, the food was amazing, and what an impeccable service the R11 crew has provided to us. Everyone on the team was just kind and easy to coordinate with. 20/10 would recommend holding a party at R11. Worth every penny. Maraming salamat, R11, for your outstanding service. Great Rooftop Pool & Bar

We had a whole afternoon layover in Manila on Saturday and had heard that we may be able to find a Hotel with a pool & bar within walking distance of the International Terminal. Utilising the Walk Way from Terminal 3 we found the Belmont Hotel first. The reception staff there were very accommodating offering us a 4 hour afternoon pass for $500 Peso each ( AUD$15 ) and we spent that time up on the 11th floor Rooftop 11. Great Pool, great views, great service, great food and an easy walk back to the Airport afterwards. A special thanks to Jeremy, Emon, Joshua, Kenneth, Paulin & Brian for looking after us. We certainly will be back next time we're in Manila. Thank you

Cool pool with great food/bar/drinks!

Cool and clean pool with plenty of seating. Great bar with friendly and happy staff. Drinks are well made and come quickly. Poolside BBQ grill from 6-10pm serves great kebabs and calamari (plus more) and food from the hotel kitchen all day. Cost atmosphere when the sun goes down and the twinkly lights come on. Recommended!

Two nights at Rooftop 11, great fun!

I stayed at the Belmont Hotel for 2 nights before and after a stay in Boracay, and had dinner and drinks at the Rooftop 11 on both nights. It's a great location with a good mix of foreign tourists and local young people families. Great to hang out and relax above the hubbub of Manila! A wide drink selection with some fun cocktails. The food menu is more limited but everything is well executed. Note that, with the exception of the babyback ribs, portions are a bit small, so best to order 4-5 dishes for dinner. Jobert, Justine and the other staff are very keen, pleasant and helpful.

Such a fun place to chill and listen

Stuck in Manila due to a power outage at the airport so I wasn’t in the best mood so I decided to hit up the rooftop lounge of the complimentary hotel. This rooftop’s ambiance was nice, chill and fun! Loved the music; I swear- Filipinos have a superb wide variety of music tastes to get me in a better mood. As someone who works within the hotel industry in USA, I was pleasantly surprised by the team at this rooftop lounge. Normally (from my experiences) rooftop lounges are always shortly staffed BUT my needs here were attended to so carefully and promptly, that I had to thank them all: thank you Julian, Russell, JM, Julius, Jomari, Herbson, JoJo, and Joshue.

Great service at a Great Rooftop Restaurant

I'm on a trip around the world and I went for dinner at the rooftop grill at the Belmont Hotel, on July 22, 2023. (Also with a beautiful rooftop pool). The grilled chicken and all food served was exceptionally delicious. The rooftop team was totally professional, polite, helpful and in all, everyone was the best. I'm so glad that this hotel was on one of my stops on my way around the world. A special and appreciated thanks to Alex, David, MJ, Justine, Emah, and Jomari. A great team, ... thoroughly professional and pleasant! I will return. Thank you Alex, MJ, Justine, Emah, David and Jomari!!

This was a great spot to stop and relax and have some drinks, I was just in between flights and traveling by myself, The Belmont hotel rooftop 11 staff (Russell, Ralph and Kevin) did a phenomenal job making me feel at home. They engaged in conversation with me regularly and by the end of the night I felt like I had three new brothers. The Long Island teas were perfect and the mozzarella sticks were delicious. I lost my wedding band while swimming in the pool and they helped me find it within minutes and I didn't even have to ask for help. They're just so observant that they seen that I was looking for something and they asked if they could help me.

Originally booked this hotel for convenience close to airport. Came to the pool to enjoy a day-long layover. While the pool is kid-friendly, there is a lot of seating for families and those solo to enjoy the pool, drinks, and music. Great bartender Emmen & MJ and Joel were around for orders. Paul also came around to open umbrellas and make sure everyone was having a good time in the evening - BBQ outside of the pool (dinner service, beginning 18:00) was great!

Such a lovely evening

On 14th May staying at Belmont Hotel we decided to attend the poolside BBQ. So glad we did! It was excellent and good value for money. A special mention must go to a member of staff at the Poolside named Russel. He really looked after us and helped us enjoy the evening. Julius, too, was very helpful. Both a credit to the Belmont Hotel.

Russel and all the staff were the best ! From the bbq to the great cocktails, our family had the time of their life. The pool was nice and warm. Everything was cooked hot and fresh. My family will be back again ! Salamat to all the wonderful staff of Rooftop 11 swimming pool and bar.

Great rooftop cafe to pass the time when transferring at the airport. We're here for feedback. We can walk from the airport, but we were with our things, took a taxi came out 120 pesos. This restaurant at the hotel, we checked in at the counter, took our things into storage and took an elevator to the 11th floor. There were 5 of us at lunch, the pool was empty. Swimming costs 500 pesos like , you can just lie by the pool and order food . Give out towels, there are showers. It was the best experience of the transplant.

Best Kansi ever in town! We loved everything (Sisig, Pizza, Crispy Pata etc) but to me the Kansi stood out. Apart from the amazing quality of food, cool ambiance and affordable menu, the staff provided excellent service that made our night extra special. Special mention to Julius, JM, Nick, Dale and Jeremy who were prompt in accommodating our needs and who watched over our kiddos as they play around.

The overall experience is one for the books. The accommodation was fairly excellent and the rooftop pool was equally great. My wife and my son were so delighted with the food (at the fooftop) that was served, as well as the courtesy of the crews, namely, “Nick, Jan, Paul, and MJ.” They were very competent and professional. Talk of people doing ordinary things extraordinarily well. My family couldn’t wait for our next stay. Kudos! We’ll definitely book anytime soon.
