Our 4th Wedding Anniversary at The Lounge at Sheraton Hotel

We walked through all lobbies and restaurants in Newport til we decided to settle at The Lounge. Being pregnant we won't be able to enjoy so much of the buffets and other Ala care offers in other outlets were either too pricey or too ordinary for our occasion. It felt right as we stepped on the area where there's even acoustic music to serenade us for our anniversary. The Lounge surely made our anniversary so much more special as they treated us with shots and cake and at the same time we really enjoyed our ultimate comfort food - Caesar Salad and Burger. The place was cozy and really comfy for preggy like me and the servers were very much attentive to our needs. Thank you very much and keep it up!!!

Sheraton Date - care of Insular Life

This was our first time to dine in at the Vubble pod in sheraton. We didn’t know that decorations as what we see in instagram & in the website needs to be requested. So our first impression was not as what we are expecting. I suggested to our server that maybe it will be appealing to the customers esp to those who didn’t know that they have to request for decorations and pay for it, that they can put little decors even just some plants inside the vubble (real or fake) to add accents to the place. As we had our meal, starting from the appetizers, to the soup, main course and desserts, I didn’t already felt that there is something missing with the ambiance cos I was already enjoying the taste of our food ( hats of to the chef) And lastly, our server, Nestor Quinto is very hospitable and did an excellent service in assisting us with our needs and made sure we had a pleasant experience as their guests. He even offered us tea or coffee to pair with our desserts. And took nice photos of us. Thank you!

We had a great time in our dining experience at S Kitchen. Hans, especially, went out of his way to give us his newly concocted drink made from citrus and cinnamon. All the staff were attentive to our needs. Try their Bicol express pasta for a unique flavor

Ms Michelle was our server at the Lounge Sheraton Manila Hotel , she very polite , friendly and very informative she gave us an excellent customer service the food she recommended was superb and delicious . Definitely we will come back with our friends for another visit in this Hotel. Job well done by ms Michelle.

Perfect for families, friends and even solo! Food were great, plenty of foods and drinks to choice from. Perfect ambiance too. Prices are affordable considering it is located inside the hotel. Would suggest tho that serving time should be doubled in case you’re really hungry and haven’t eaten anything. But in our case, it did not matter as we were waiting for someone. Would like to commend the server, Kevin, who assisted us right away with our queries when we placed our order.

Awesome ambiance, relaxing music and great service. Ordered a glass of sangria with our pavlova to cap off the work week 🍷 our server Shein was courteous and served us quite well. I enjoyed the sangria best. With its fresh oranges and dried pineapples, it was delish. Place is Not noisy and crowded. Nice place for a date night 🥰

The lounge is a hidden gem! From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful fusion of flavors, each dish a masterpiece. Dinner Date Night with Live Music

Thought of having dinner and chose The Lounge. Food was recommended mostly by my friends who already dined there. Food really didn't disappoint! Also, you won't be waiting very long for your orders as they serve them still hot! Thanks to our servers that night, Ryan and Ryka. Acoustic live music was so nice too. Will go back again with the whole family :)

Perfect for a quiet and chill night out. Maybe my 5th time coming back because its quiet, but with good chil background music Keep coming back for the tipsy money but they didnt have it. Hans made me a custom drink which was strong, sweet, and unique. PERFECT for a nightcap and a good night's sleep.

A great spot for a quick and worthwhile dining experience

The lounge at Sheraton Manila is a great spot for quick and worthwhile dining experience. Had a short quick dinner with the family and was amazed by the hospitality provided to us. Shelwyn, was so thoughtful by providing the kids complimentary non-alcoholic drinks! Joshua, Isis and Nessie were very attentive and constantly checking on us regarding the food. Thank you for making our night wonderful! Excellent food and service provided.

Great acoustic music at The Lounge! We had fun together with the singer name king. Some of my friends requested a song and the singer tried to sing even if it’s his first time to play. Thank you King! But we are very dissatisfied with the service of Ryan. One of the waiter assisted us first on our seats and a few minutes i look for the waiter the one who assisted as first. He just standing on the side of the bar and looks scared to the other waiter named ryan. Ryan came on our table and was the one who took our order and offer some of the alcoholic drinks. While looking at him he also the one who made our drinks that took so long and came the drink one at a time like 4mins. for every drink. The drink was that so nice. When I get the bill, I told the waitress to tell the waiter ryan that I am dissatisfied with his service and the drinks that he made. I think the waitress told the waiter ryan and ryan looking at me with angry face. :( the attitude of service he must something to work on to.

I am so wowed at the lounge of Sheraton. It looks really classy. I have not stayed yet at the Sheraton but their lounge is really a WOWER. The huge and shimmering chandeliers and the approachable staff made the difference. I wanna stay at Sheraton anytime soon.

Decided to have a drink after long week of fun at Coron, Palawan. Had a room for the night at Sheraton. Decided to relax at “The Lounge” on the ground floor. Met Ryan the bartender, he suggested I try the Orion. He made it to perfection. Ryan was great at keeping me company. Very professional and is great in dialogue. He then introduced me to Josh and Wesley (bartenders). Later I got to meet other guests and customers. The night encompassed of me, guests, customers, and the three bartenders getting a free snippet of singing from a famous singer named “Sybil”. We all had a great time. Ryan, Josh, and Wesley were great at joining in on the fun, making our drinks, and assisting us with everything. Awesome job gentlemen. Hope to see you guys again, soon. Awesome customer service. I recommend asking for them, especially Ryan. 👍

Anniversary Dinner in the “Vubble”

My husband surprised me with a romantic dinner in the “Vubble” for our 25th anniversary. The service was really good. Servers Nes and Louie were very efficient, accommodating and cared for all our concerns. The custom vegan dinner by Chef Pem was superb! They decorated the place with lovely rose petals and even gave us a surprise anniversary dessert!
