We enjoyed the abundance of food selections from appetizers to dessert. Bicol express pasta and beef adobo are a must-try! We also tried the seafood paluto corner and had dessert afterwards. It was a great escape from Friday traffic, especially since the ambiance was very classy yet comfortable. The staff and waiters were all very accommodating and attentive to our needs (they even gave me a stool for my large bag). There was great live music from the lounge too! Over-all, it was a satisfying buffet dinner and I’d definitely go back (especially for the beef adobo). :)

The service was at it's best. Friendly staff who made sure I was well taken care of. Before and after they got to know that I was feeling a little unwell.
Serving members Winifred and Paolo came and had a little chat with me and offered new items from the menu which made me feel special.
It was a great experience and I'd definitely come back specifically beca9of the friendly staff.
The food was of a large variety which was interesting and good.
Twas a pleasant experience all in all.

This was my first visit to the S Kitchen located in the Sheraton Manila. We were a party of 5 adults and one child. The S Kitchen has very tall windows that seem to keep the restaurant at a slightly higher than comfortable (for me) temperature in the middle of the day. The restaurant is bright, and nicely arranged.
For the lunch buffet there were multiple stations serving salads/cheeses, seafood, meat, pasta, Chinese, and a grilled food station. It is hard to miss the amazing desert station upon entering the restaurant.
Our party was seated and we immediately spread out to the food stations that interested us. The first complication was if the food selected needed some time to cook, we were asked for our table number. I think table numbers are S Kitchen’s best Leo secret as they are not displayed or shown on any table! We had to ask our waiter what table we were seated at. Once seated, it seemed that we were “abandoned” from any further follow-up from the waiters. We were never asked if we wanted drinks and we had to get up and ask for salt and pepper. The restaurant was not full at all.
Some of the food was average in taste and quality but some items were table favorites.
The grilled pork (cebuchon) was a bit disappointing, but the grilled squid was excellent! The prawns were also very good. The Cuts of steak were acceptable given the beef being used. This is not a high end steak house…so having correct expectations is key. The steak was nicely cooked and did have a good taste…if a bit tough.
The star of the buffet is the dessert station. cakes, ice cream, bread pudding, a chocolate fountain and more! This was an impressive display of sweets
I did use a Marriott Club 50% group dining voucher for this lunch. The child was free and the cost for the five adults was about PHP 7,219 (about $28 USD each). This cost included a service charge and VAT. While the buffet was worth the price paid, I do not think it is worth $56 each had I not had a coupon.
Put actual numbers on the tables and check on the customers a little more often and I would give the S Kitchen a 5.

It was supposed to be my birthday dinner. Last minute decision to choose S Kitchen over Hilton’s Kusina and Marriott Cafe. And it turned out to be the wrong choice. Buffet selection was underwhelming. And I tell you I won’t mind paying the premium as long as it is worth the experience. Where do you find , bacon missing in ceasar salad . Salmon sashimi was not at all fresh. Bread selection look carry overs. No pasta and carving station. No Chinese or Western section. You choose your steak, like sirloin and tenderloin, delivered an half hour but it was a hard chewy encounter that I cant finish half of the steak. Seafoods are limited as well. Waiting time is 30 minutes, felt like they forgot everything. Filipino food is cooked a la minute, what I meant was 30 minutes. Staff service looked very tired, they seem understaffed. . Getting to call their attention just when you like ice cream is a struggle indeed. I had my birthday cake and the staff was apologetic to say they don’t have with him to sing for me.
Whatever happened to the vaunted buffet restaurant of the Sheraton. It seems they got one upsmanship from Marriott.

The apparent goal to control costs at the expense of their dining patrons produced a shortchanged dining experience.
Their ordering system brings food on your table 30 minutes late, if ever it arrives. The sushi chef leads the way in serving wafer thin slices of sashimi... Cost control 101 Professor!
Kudos to the Laksa Chef who disregarded the ordering system and simply handed your order in seconds.
The French lady manager came at 130pm looking bewildered upon discovering the thick stacks of orders per food station.
A practical carinderia turo-turo system would have done more to serve their customers. You don't need a college diploma to make it work obviously.

This is my second time at S Kitchen and both experiences were different. The first was a slow lunch buffet with maybe less than 10 tables occupied.
Tonight however is Sunday Dinner were almost all tables were full.
Food was okay, multiple options from meats and seafoods prepared by 6 chef's. Food however were a nothing of the extra ordinary. Highlight are the Seafood and steak sections.
Tonight since the place was packed it felt that they were under manned as it was hard to get the attention of the waiters. Our tables used plates took until the end of our meal to be taken out. Food that was made to cook took longer than usual to be served and to make it worst there was even a point that we over heard a heated discussion among some of the cooking staff.
For a buffet experience it was a bit disappointing. I would recommend to eat at Marriott Cafe's Buffet instead as they provided more options specially for seafood selection for the same price. Also, for bday cakes were advised that you need to advise at least one day in advance which was sad.
Hope they could improve on the quality of the food and service.

The service is excellent, if you happen to dine here at S Kitchen just look for Bryan. Thank you for making my birthday a memorable one S Kitchen at Sheraton Manila. My husband and I had a really great time.

My family are frequent diners of popular fine dining places in hotels located at Newport City ,Manila,,Philippines.
One most favorite is the S Kitchen of Sheraton Hotel, Manila. It has high quality food and beverage.
And we highly praised its welcoming athmosphere and very attentive staff. WE dined there again last Jan 30, lunch and we were truly satisfied one more tine.One remarkable staff is the young staff Mr.Sam who always attend to us with a warm beautiful smile and caring attention.
Surely, we will come back and bring in new guests /diners.

We went to the S Kitchen of Sheraton Manila Hotel on the 9th of February 2021. F&B Server Jam was particularly most attentive to our needs as dine-in customers, from introducing himself, to giving us meal choices, to presenting and delivering the dishes to our table in a very short time. Jam's manners had been impeccable and his demeanor worthy of the Sheraton Manila Hotel for which he had been a representative in those two hours that we ate. He had been very humble, very accommodating, very easy to talk to. The dishes were excellent, too! We will definitely go back for a repeat!
Chef Rustan was very gracious, friendly, and accommodating in presenting his own versions of Vegan Corner dishes of the S Kitchen! He asked us to try all the dishes that he prepared himself. We were wondering if he himself was a vegan. He could be very easily tempted to be one because of the array of vegan dishes around him.
Kudos to Sheraton Manila Hotel for having both Jam and Rustan part of its service team during this time when negativity and insecurity face people everywhere!

We celebrated a bday in Sheraton S kitchen last Nov 6. We were 4 person and very dissapointed with the service. I saw one waiter dropped the cover of food but instead of changing new, she put it back. Anyway we ignored and just laughed at it. Anyway, i ticked all the choices and waited for my orders to arrive. My most liked food i ordered was not delivered, paluto Shrimp, and grilled pork. My vegetable salad that was my ultimate choice, didnt arrived as well. I had a fried fish and told nicely to waiter that was too salty. He took it and told me, Chef is took care of it. My friends have the same experience. At least one or two orders didnt served. I told the waiter, and he said to write the orders again. I told i wrote 2 x already. Untill we got bored waiting and left. I am hospitality professional. I trained staff, managers of how we react during complains. No one of your staff and chef did the recovery on that situation. It was a bday celebration and the celebrant was so ashamed of us. It is "Sheraton" . She is even a member. We are very disappointed of your service in the Skitchen. I hope will not be dissapointed in the Accommodation as we gifted our newly wed a night of stay.

I loved the dessert and bread section more than anything else. They were really top notch, and I had a great time. The food was delicious as expected, however, the chef managing the carving station undercooked my steak. We had it sent back, but it returned overcooked. We waited quite a bit, but the steak was just too tough for us to eat.
The sous chef did stop by our table to ask us how the meal was, which I think is a great touch. While the night wasn't perfect, I would definitely go back. I still think that it deserves a five star review despite the steak not being cooked properly. But based on my experience in Sheraton, I have no reason to doubt that it was an isolated incident. Planning on coming back here again in the future. The food was really good.

We had a very good experience at S Kitchen. We ordered Laksa soup which is very rich in flavor, same goes for the Sisig. However, the Truffle Linguini lacks taste for us. To add to the good experience we’d like to commend Samantha who is very accommodating and answers all our queries. And Teo, with his great personality, smiling vibe and for giving quality service.

We went to S Kitchen hoping for an early and quick meal. That was our mistake. The restaurant and staff are clearly focused on the buffet and clearing tables. We opted out of the buffet and ordered ala carte. The service staff is very polite. Not all are very helpful (i.e. the hostess disappeared after telling me that I could go see her an place my order). We started off with Jhon Lloyd as our server who had to give us the unfortunate news that one or our meals would take longer than necessary. Someone forgot - not sure if it was the female manager who took our order to the kitchen staff. Anyway, I appreciated his honesty. He was friendly and helpful. People - it is always better to apologize for something taking long or being honest about an error, rather than avoiding the situation. People make mistakes. We know that. Recover by coming forward, admitting what happened, then figure it out. We ended our meal with a different server. I didn’t get his name but he is slim and tall, again - polite and attentive. The male manager was attentive as well. The Pad Thai was tasty but the noodles were slightly overcooked. The steak and gravy was good. The crispy pata was crispy without being oily. The s’mores dessert, on the children’s menu, was yummy. If you are not going to eat at the buffet, plan on spending some time there. Our whole meal took 2.5 hours from the time we sat to the time we left. Have a couple of glasses of wine, listen to the music from the lounge, and be prepared to eat in stages.

Booked a reservation for Saturday Lunch as a post birthday celebration for my father.
I honestly rate the entire experience a 4.5. Some the food selections (Steak, grilled meats, etc) were a bit lacking and overcooked. Selections were a bit limited
However, want to give a huge shout out to Teo and Reynald for their excellent service.
Final verdict: Will come back again soon!
