We visited the HRC for a nine person family meal. On the way in we purchased some branded attire for the kids and we were all buzzing with excitement and anticipation of the treat ahead. That excitement quickly changed into gross disappointment and with a...gobsmacked reaction to the most disgusting and inept waiting staff experience. One which no-one on the table could quite believe. Our waitress took a large order without writing it down. My wife pointed this out to her and that it would be difficult to remember such a large order, however she said everything would be fine (we will come back to this). As the meals were arriving, I took one of the four pieces of fish, served as part of a fish and chip meal, albeit i was unsure who on the table had ordered it. Shortly after, we noted 5 fish and chips had been served although we only ordered 4. After pointing this out to the waitress (yup, the same one who didn’t write it down), a waiter took this extra dish away. Heres where the fun starts. Two minutes later he returned, and proceeded to give the remaining bite of the piece i had taken to another person on the table, before then removing one full piece of fish from the same persons plate, saying we were now even. We were all horrified and absolutely gobsmacked at what he did and of the treatment afforded to us. When we complained to the manageress, she said he may be very tired and having a bad day. When the bill arrived she said she had not charged us for the fish we hadn’t ordered, how very kind of her. As a token refund we were given a stale chocolate brownie we didn’t even want. The food was awful, and the service the the worst i have experienced having visited 80 plus countries in my lifetime. I encourage you not to visit this establishment pretending to be a restaurant and be prepared for some poor experiences if the staff are tired!More

Good for lunch Good for a quick lunch and normal menu great good looking staff and good service. At night live music. On the 2nd floor and easy to find. Good choice as less expensive and more locals. Much is quick and good

It is good to see a Hard Rock in Manila that has access for all people and as they have only been opened a year then they are only just breaking it in! It is not so easy to find if you come from the...Mall of Asia side as there are no advertising signage which could definitely do with improving. We are seasoned Hard Rock aficionados so we do know what is expected in a Hard Rock. The staff do try very hard here but the manager couldn’t understand thar I wanted to pay before we finished and away from the table and this just got so complicated (we had time constraints). This could be a language communication but they also need to understand how things work in the rest of the world. The staff in the shop had limited knowledge especially when questioned on the cost of items - they are expensive compared to most other hard rocks which one doesn’t expect in the Phillipines. The place was quite empty and this could be due to the inability to find it? All in all they are trying but need to work in their hard rock style a lot more and may need help from hard rock itself and that is the reason why I have put it at very good as they will get there. Good luck and worth a visit as it is a spacious restaurant.More

No complaints here! The food was excellent and the customer service was second to none. I love the fact that Hard Rock always specializes in local dishes at each location.

Arrived from Vancouver Canada to visit the Hard Rock Manila and I was not disappointed. Unless iy was that they did not have the Club House Sandwich on their menu anymore. Other than that me and my family had a fantastic time. Great food, great...friends, great service and great entertainment. The food we had the party sampler and the Atlantic Salmon. Both were delicious and filling. The service was great. They were so attentive and friendly. To top it off we had the band the 67s who played all 80s songs. They were awesome! All in all we had a fantastic time! I loved the Hard Rock Manila and will come again.More

I am a big fan of the Hard Rock Universe and I am a serious collector of your Hurricane Glasses. I travel all over the world to collect the Hurricane Glasses and in the meantime I owe almost 80 Hurrican glasses. Just a few weeks...ago I went to HRC Manila. In Manila the staff at the local HRC told me, they were out of Hurricane Glasses (!) but they will let me know when they will get new ones. I told them I will stay in Manila for 10 days so I could come back to pick up a new Hurricane Glass as soon as they arrive at the Manila Rock Shop. I talked to the staff at HRC Manila and I gave them my Email address and additionally I emailed them twice to be sure they have my contact details. But I've never got any reaction or any response at all from them. In my opinion that is not professionell. For me HRC is an extraordinary brand with a great history and with tremendous success. I love HRC. That's why I joined the "My Rewards Club" many years ago. Unfortunatelly at HRC Manila I had to make the experience that obviously not every HRC employee follows the „Love All, Serve All“ policy.More

The S Maison Hard Rock Café has good food with great but slow service !! does that even make any sense ?? How is it great if it’s slow ??!!?? maybe when you know that the staff are very friendly and very helpful but the...kitchen will take forever to prepare your food you will agree with me. Food presentation is great, but the food itself could be better, and if you go there while they are preparing the stage for the live music that starts in the evening, believe me you will get a headache from the never ending mike tests. But what makes the restaurant so special, is not the restaurant but where it is located. The S Maison, although small, is a beautiful place to walk in before or after your meal at the Hard Rock Café. .Peace.More
