Food 4 stars, the spread was quite impressive, i suggest you avail of the PALUTO for the lobster and crab, best when freshly cooked than what is already displayed at the International section.
Staff 5 stars, very accommodating
VAlet parking can be free for 3 hours just get a validation car pass from Kusina
Dont expect much for the beverage section, all their drinks are infused with organice herbs, best to just get plain water, healthier. Hope they can improve on this part.
Price is on the high side, few more bucks it is already a Spiral rate level.
i was seated at table 21, quite a tight fix esp their is a huge column behind me and seats/table right beside me, so getting in and out can be challenging esp if the person beside in on the plus size

My family and I have stayed at the Hilton a few times this month and I continue to be amazed by the service each time. We had the Kare Kare, the Crispy Pata and the Pinakbet, all of which were delicious (we had eaten the kare kare the night before and had to have it again!). We were greeted by Gene, the restaurant manager, at the hostess stand and while we were waiting for a table he recommended us to try some street food style bites a few steps outside at their night market. However he advised us to not to fill up because it was lobster night at their buffet. While outside we met Richard, another manager who was very welcoming and chatted with my father about their shared food and beverage work experience. We listened to Gene's advice, had a small bite (chicken isaw and fish balls) which were tasty appetizers, and were shortly informed that our table was ready. Garfel and Johnathan were our servers tonight and both were attentive, polite and very welcoming. Tonight and last night my family and I were charmed by the excellent service. Gene followed up with us afterwards to ensure we enjoyed our dinner. We all wish we could stay a few more nights, but at least we know where to stay/dine next time we are here. Thank you again Gene, Richard, Garfel, Johnathan, and Queenie at front desk for your hospitality! Looking forward to next time!

It's so hard to find a good hotel. Buffet dinner restaurant nowadays and when I saw that one of my favorites at Hilton, Kusina was doing a new eat all you can concept, my heart jumped with joy. Their new concept is called Kusina Marketplace and they undertook all safety precautions to make sure everyone felt safe. Masks and face shields for everyone, individually prepared food, dampa paluto was cooked ala minute and served covered with a cloche, hand sanitizers at every station, and a well laid out buffet traffic scheme.ey even have a brown envelope for your face mask, cutlery that's individually packed, and drink in individual bottles. The new set up is daunting but my server, Jhoe was bubbly and made me feel comfortable throughout. Kusina adapted to the new normal and was successful at it!

The food and ambiance were great. I’ve been here several times, and I will keep coming back on this place. The food tastes even better when the servers smiles at us and knowing that they had their passion on their job specially Mr. Jay Em, who keeps asking us on our needs. Highly recommended for both food and service. Two thumbs up!

Kusina is one of the best restaurants who have adapted to the new normal! They strictly implement the health measures of social distancing and frequent disinfecting! Worth the mention are organized queues outside to enter and inside to get food; distant tables, sanitized utensils and bottled water (this is a real wow!); and restaurant personnel for assistance in queuing and serving (shout out to Roj and your team — super accommodating and helpful)!! Really a great experience to have dined in. I felt safe from possible COVID transmission to the extent possible! Of course never to forget the quality of food. It’s Lobster Day today — there are lots of options for generous servings of lobster. To name a few, there’s baked, curry, fruit salad (this is a great fusion and an easy favorite), risotto, pizza, pasta, etc etc!! Go dine here! The place, people, and food, are all nice!

Service is excellent! The staff and crews are friendly and kind. Nikko(the server) and Sir Nicson was very accommodating and kind to us. It made us feel more special that day because it was my birthday. The food is great! They ask feedbacks about our experience with the food so they can improve even more. So nice! I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a fancy buffet with enough budget to pay expensive but worth it. Me and my husband stayed for a while to enjoy the food and take our time to taste all as much as we can. You can ask the servers to serve you drinks like juices, water, tea, coffee. All in all was wonderful experience!

Good food, good service and good ambiance despite the pandemic. It is understandable that some food items are not available due to the pandemic but still KUSINA was able to provide their service in compliance with minimum health standards. Every doorway or passageway their's an available automatic alcohol dispenser. Social distancing in the buffet area is strictly implemented. All food items are placed on individual containers or dishes to avoid transmission. Water is bottled and tightly sealed on glass containers. Overall it is a SAFE and DELICIOUS dining experience that everyone should try.

I would always prefer dining during a hotel’s premium buffet (like BBQ night, lobster night, seafood night and the like) and wouldn’t mind paying for the extra cost for it.
I would have rated my lobster night experience a notch higher but since I already experienced Kusina’s weekend lunch buffet late last year, I honestly consider it as a huge letdown. A lobster night will always mean yummy and fresh lobsters. The kare-kare will always be a best-seller. The letdown pertains to their buffet price and menu spread.
I hope management should take this constructively...
Menu Spread : Present items were tempura (already cold and not crispy). Just one type of carving. No laksa (which I was really looking forward to mixing it with the lobsters. No hakaw. No ice cream scoops for crepes. Minimal dessert choices. Coffee was not even offered.
Buffet price : I suggest management should reconsider its price. If food items will be greatly reduced, price has to go down. If not, they can remove food items but should also think of food groups that can replace them.
I am not going back during the pandemic !

It was our first family dinner outside our home and in a hotel during this pandemic. At first we’re just so excited to avail and taste their unlimited buffet lobster. We enjoyed it all the more since there are lots of food choices aside from lobster. It was all worth it since the food are all great and sumptuous. The restaurant staffs are all very welcoming, courteous and accommodating to all our needs. Special shout out to Jhocar, Jhanroe and Macky for being extra attentive and hospitable. It was worth all the money and time spent going outside to have dinner. We would love to go back again for dinner or lunch. And have that same dining experience @ Kusina Sea Kitchens. See you again next time. Let us all stay safe, happy and healthy! 🤗❤️

The new normal buffet at Kusina Sea Kitchen is commendable. It exceeded my expectations on dining during this pandemic. My all time favorite Laksa is still great and I must say other dishes improved compared to how it tasted before. Their safety protocols were strictly implemented. Food were served in single portions but the quality was not compromised. I would also like to commend Jhoe and Roj for their very good service and for addressing our concerns and questions. Will surely dine again.

Kusina's covid-19 protocol is excellent - all the staff are wearing face masks, face shields and gloves. They also strictly implement social distancing. All the servers are very courteous and friendly.
As to the food, we went on a Sunday so the theme for the buffet is lobster night. Very good value for money as the lobsters are huge!
All in all, very impressed with Kusina's service.

My partner and i decided to start a day eating buffet breakfast at kusina using e-certificates. the food selection are limited but almost complete and all healty. Fruits, cerals, breads.
They also have a heavy meal options per person and decided to take their American breakfast.
Server DAVID is very accommodating and always checking on our needs. He is very apologetic for making us wait for our complimentary cake and assist us well until the moment we left.
It is indeed a good experience.

Overpriced. Buffet Spread is limited.
I am surprised to eat in a buffet costing Php 2,800 with very limited choices.
No Shrimp Tempura (only vegetable tempura)
No Carving Station (only lechon kawali)
No Crab, Oysters, Lobster. If you ask for paluto, only option is buttered garlic, which tastes very bland.
Salmon Sashimi is only max 2 per order
Desserts also limited.
Other dishes are forgettable.
Only positive is that the restaurant is clean and staff are polite. But the food — not worth it, eat elsewhere.

The service is superb, we dined during GCQ wherein there are still restrictions due to COVID-19, but the staffs, from the reception to the restaurant are very helpful and courteous. The food is ok, nothing special except for their seafood market with unlimited lobsters but the other dishes are just ok, hit is the filipino dishes but they need to improve the chinese dishes. overall we enjoyed our dinner.

Had a good experience at this breakfast buffet! Located on the 3rd floor of the Hilton Hotel connected to Newport Resort. We went at around 6 am, so not a lot of people yet and got seated right away for two adults and a toddler (high chair available upon request). We were asked if we wanted hot chocolate as this was served upon request but a few selection of juices, coffee, and tea were available at the buffet tables. I asked for hot chocolate and it did not come right away considering it was not busy. I had to ask for it again 20 min later and it was poured right away into my cup. My husband requested for water. Their water (poured from a pitcher), if I understand correctly is distilled water. There was a variety of cuisines available, main ones include Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Western, and, of course, Filipino. Each cuisine had maybe 3 or 4 dishes available. Food was warm, not hot, considering they had just opened, but I personally don't like piping hot foods. Food was delicious! Nothing was overly seasoned. They even had a (white and milk) chocolate fountain even at breakfast. Dishes were not cleared right away as I'm usually accustomed to at Chinese buffet places but if placed aside, someone does eventually clear the dirty dishes. Price is P1800 (around $44 $CAD) per adult and our two-yr old ate for free. There was a service charge included in the bill of around 6%-ish though not sure if I calculated correctly. We added a bit more tip and it was not expected.
