A really lovely spot! We had a spare 2 hours so we stopped in for a coffee. Coffee was nice and the cookie we got to share was delicious. They had such a large range of dessert choices, hard to choose!
We were served by Hazel, she was very accomodating and patient whilst we decided on what dessert we wanted. She also made sure we were comfortable and had everything we need.
Highly recommend!!

While entering the lounge, I was accommodated very well by Mr. Rj. And during our meal, Ms. Gelai, Ms. Dyan, Ms. Gene, Ms. Bianca and Mr. Jude were very attentive to me regarding all my needs and requests may it be refilling water and bussing out the finished foods. All in all it was a very nice dine in experience as me and my friend were accommodated all throughout our stay :)

Excellent service standards by the staff. Ms.Sugar who took care of us, explained the entire varieties of high-tea items one by one. Informed where the amenities of the hotels are and ensure our comfort. Today is the hotel's 7th year anniversary and Ms.Sugar's 7th year of anniversary with Hilton Manila. Congratulations!

Located at the Grand Wing of Newport, a nice building connected to the mall. Its cozy, posh interior and crafted menu makes you come back. They do have pastas, noodles, sandwiches which are affordable and taste really good. Prices varies but more affordable than nearby hotels. Service can be improved and maybe add more choices on drinks.
Valet is expensive so best to park at the mall and cross the bridge, very comfortable path to walk through the hallways of Hilton and Okura.
The only negative point is the live music coming from both Madison and the bar upstairs. You get confused with the sounds. Maybe they can do something to install acoustic boards on any of the outlets.
Overall, its nice to lounge, have coffee and relax in Madison

Checked in at Hilton hotel and after settlings in our stomach said we're hungry.
We went downstairs and checked out the offerings at Madison. I wanted to try their Filipino style spaghetti but unfortunately it was not available. So we ordered three cheese pizza and avocado shake.( After I placed our order I then realized that avocado shake doesn't complement with pizza. But then let's try) The pizza was good . But since I asked that the avocado shake be made with less sugar it was not that good but then I would not compromise my health over taste. I would like to thank the staff for obliging to my husband's request of taking photos and videos for his reels😂🤣. Thank you so much Leslie and Dyan.

I’ve been eating here in Madison Lounge for over a year and only the set up and prices changed but the food and service are always top tier. Our servers, Phia and Gene made sure that we were looked after. Overall, the experience was for sure, excellent.

Had a nice afternoon at The Madison Lounge while we were waiting to be checked in at Hilton Hotel. We had the afternoon tea set and carbonara, and though it was served more than 40 minutes, no complains as we really appreciate the staffs especially Gene. She was very accommodating and attentive to us and the other girl, forgot to ask for her name. They also took good pictures of our family.
For the afternoon tea set. It was around Php1800, carbonara was around Php450. the rose french vanilla tea and the coffee were surprisingly good. My husband loved the scones. And I enjoyed the pralines, and the mini sandwiches. I think there were 5 types of savory and 5 sweet (2 of each kind). And though I wish there were more pastries, I think in the end you pay for the nice experience. :)

Swanky and relaxing spot with great people watching. I loved the Gin O’Clock experience. A flight of four full size G&Ts with your choice of gin and botanicals, also a bonus bowl of garlic peanuts. JD, Gela, and Georgette provided excellent service. We will be back next time we are in Manila!

I had a delightful experience at Madison Lounge and Bar in Hilton Manila. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Ms. Bianca, who anticipated our needs with great attentiveness. We enjoyed hot chocolate and a Spanish latte, both beautifully presented and delicious. The macapuno cake was a highlight, perfectly balanced in sweetness. Overall, my visit was thoroughly enjoyable, looking forward for my next visit.

This spot is one of the best, cozy, quiet place to grab a snack or dine in. Me and my Wife decided to pass by just to grab some hot drinks and pizza (I personally recommend "margarita") We came from a dinner date celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary. As we took a seat I ask the Dyan (one of the crew) if they have any special treats as dessert as we are still celebrating, he referred me to Evei and she happily offered us a complementary cake from the CHEF. It was a pleasant night and the CAKE WAS PERFECT, We also appreciate RJ for the great coffee and hot choco. Overall it was a great experience worth trying. I have been here before for some business meetings and it was always a top notch Service.

My family often have dinner here because of the lovely ambiance. My kids love the 3cheese pizza and spaghetti so much! Service is also superb whenever we are here, specially RJ and Stefani. They are so accommodating and always serve with a smile. Prices of food is also good for the size. We highly recommend eating here for family dinner if you want a good ambiance, food and service in one. We just hope you will expand your menu more in the future.

During my visit today, I really do commend the food at Madison Lounge in the Hilton Manila for its quality and variety. The quality of service and food are very consistent. Moreover, I appreciate the upscale ambiance and the selection of international and local dishes that they offer. The service provided was very professional and attentive, which enhanced the overall experience that I had. I want to commend PJ, Dyan, Bianca, and Jude for the warm and welcoming services that they provide.

My friends and I ate in the Madison Lounge and Bar where we were met with such a great atmosphere, very calming music with aesthetically pleasing design. We ordered coffee and shakes to which our server Cyrene did an excellent job at serving us and keeping us entertained. Our tables are actually very close to the floor so I was shocked when our server actually had to kneel down to place our orders promptly on our table. It really showed the commitment and dedication of the staff members. Kudos as well to Ms. Angelica for being so kind to attend to us and was also the person who made our delicious drinks. Overall, it is indeed a great experience that we enjoyed and definitely recommend to everyone.

This spot is good for meetings. I had a wonderful experience at Madison. The bread selection was absolutely delicious – fresh and full of flavor. The ambiance was fantastic, with a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it a perfect spot to relax. Big salute to Gette and JD they were excellent as well – friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. I'll definitely be coming back!

After attending the mass yesterday, we decided to look for a place around the hotel areas in newport where we can have a quick snack. We normally go to the other neighbouring hotels nearby and to our suprise, we found this hidden gem in hilton hotel. We were warmly welcomed in the Madison Lounge with their beautiful smiles. Kudos to Bianca who took care of us. She was pleasant, kind and attended to our needs from the start until the end. I would also like to give praise to the rest of the staff since it was not a busy afternoon, they willingly engaged w/ us and took their time to have a little pep talk. I work in the hospitality industry as well and this kind of demeanor from your wait staff is way above my expectations. RJ, Gene, Jude and Rusty were the only names i was able to get. Last but not the least ofcourse the meal was sumptuous and delicious at the same time. Because of the dining experience deliverd by the staff it made the food up to notch! Please continue doing an excellent job! Looking forward to revisit again and might check-in as well!
