We checked in at Savoy Hotel for 2 nights. All i can say is that the hotel has a very home-like feeling from the staffs up to the hotel room and facilities. The breakfast we had was excellent from the food up to the servers who made us feel very welcome at the restaurant. The servers were very friendly which also made my daughter very happy while eating. They gave us excellent service without forgetting all the others guests who were also taking their breakfast. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

My wife and I stayed overnight at the Savoy Hotel during a business trip. We had a layover from the evening until the next morning and choose the hotel as it is located across the street from the airport.
The Savoy Cafe serves breakfast from 6-10am. We arrived at 8:30am and had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seated. Luckily we had enough time in our schedule, but for a business traveler on a tight schedule this might cause a bigger inconvenience. I haven't had an experience of having to wait for a breakfast buffet at other hotels around the world. Since this was our only visit to date, maybe it was not a usual experience.
The food selection and quality were both ok. They ran out of several items while we were there eating and people were waiting for them to be replenished. Just like with the waiting to be seated, maybe this is not the usual experience at the Savoy Cafe.

We went there for a dinner with friends. We arrived there early at 6pm. The dinner was already available for buffet. The staffs were kind and approachable especially their manager Sir Butch, Supervisor Ms. Aubrey, Recep Bea, and Staff klinton, Paul, Joel and Kath. The food is not as many as those buffet you know but the taste is definitely worth the price👌 I highly recommend this place💯

Had lunch at this lovely cafe and would recommend it.
The staff were extremely accommodating regarding my dietary requirements (no gluten or dairy). They took my needs seriously and were really happy to explain suitable dishes and share ingredients with me. I had a gorgeous chicken and avocado salad with a delicious dressing. The ice tea here is great too!

Started our food adventure with a fresh batch Caesar Salad with almonds. If you’re up for a big serving of a crunchy and fresh ceasar salad with the best match of dressing Savoy Cafe is the place to be!!!!!!
Don’t miss out on the Black Angus Rib Eye that satisfied our cravings and of course the steak was to die for.
Ended our meal with the perfect refreshments to wash our mouths with the Tropical Fruit Platter. What completed the 101% rate experience was the heartwarming services that was given to us. It felt like home and lifted our moods. I definitely recommend Savoy cafe and will surely come back for more mouth watering dishes!!!!!

There’s a menu but very limited options to choose from.
I ended up ordering a ham and cheese croissant, on which I don’t even feel or taste that there’s a cheese, secondly, the whole sandwich itself is way too cold. Fyi there’s no microwave in the room, it’s just a simple common sense. At least reheat the food. I know what is a four star hotel should be doing. But for this service it doesn’t deserve a star. It doesn’t mean that I am an ofw that’s why I/we have to be treated this way.
Housekeeping is way better than anyone else in this hotel.
And we’re not allowed to order online, but we can order only at the hotel cafe? Seriously. We were serve with a small amount of rice and viand, for sure a little later we will be hungry and the option is to order from the hotel cafe. We are ofw with limited money. I’m thankful to owwa, but I’m not thankful of this hotel…

Thankyou for always giving me a best services here in Savoy hotel, since first day until now they give me excellent service. Hopefully i can still stay here soon. There food also is very delicious 😊
And share kolang, i order bread basket and ask for complementary coffee and sugar na nasa sachet, but they give me a brewed coffee in a cup and they give me also another set of coffee sachet like kung sa ibang hotel siguro ito for sure, we need to pay for it. But here they will just give you for free thats why im very thankful that i stay in this hotel. Thankyou and Godbless to all the staff 💕🇵🇭

I rated the food as overall 3 Average. You should improve the taste of the food. The price should complements the taste. Customers don't mind the price sometimes as long as they are very much satisfied with the taste of the food. With this they will be happy.

The hotel room 1074 is comfortable and the staff is accommodating of requests. Being on quarantine in the hotel on my birthday, ordered cheesecake with a candle and lighter which I am happy they permitted. Thanks again Abbygale for considering my request and arranging with Patrick to deliver the delicious cheesecake!

My mother and I stayed here for our quarantine 10 days. Special thanks to the unit owner and Ms Queenie Ann for taking all the arrangements for us when we are still abroad. Our first encounter at the frontdesk with Ms Kim and Supervisor, Ms Jeraldine was great for treating us well. We appreciate much a great welcome with perfectly designed chocolates prepared for us. The room (with a nice view of the Terminal 3) is well maintained, cleaned, smells fresh and sanitized. We find all hotel staffs very attentive to our request and acted on immediately especially the assigned guards who from time to time were bringing in stuffs, foods from outside hotel. Special thanks also to Ms Apple and Ms Shy (hope i remember their names right), Supervisor Romel for accommodating special requests and also request to moved in to another room. Their in-house foods are excellent in taste and delivered at room right away, thanks to staff Rodz. We made our stay worthwhile and a great time to relax despite quarantine. Indeed a great experience at Savoy Hotel Manila and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you thank you!!

Although we just visited savoy hotel because of mandatory quarantine requirement upon arrival on the country. The hospitality is still great, the attentiveness and caring of their employees is great especially the room service staff Jhaimie for being the great at her own work especially making sure our room services order is been delivered and as well as the housekeeping team for providing us enough room amenities and picking up right on time our garbages and guest service desk and concierge for being very informative and attentive. The food is great kudos also to the kitchen staff filipino cuisine at its best.

Savoy Cafe staff were great! Ms.Jill, Rods,Ian,Ace and the whole restaurant team made sure our food is served fresh and hot. Jill is most especially attentive to our requests,and she's sweet ,always checking up on us should we need anything. They are patient and easy to talk with, these are the people that made our quarantine stay bearable. Thank you guys!

I could say that my whole quarantine stay experienced was something to be remembered.
It was another treasured moments I had back to philippines after a long time. I had Great food during my stay and thank you very much to ms.Jill for her service and for recommending good dishes from the menu and I really loved the rib eye with a perfect combination of bottle of Red wine. I appreciate also the warmed hospitality from all the staffs and the extra mile accommodation of everyone! Kudos to all of you. and the chef behind the preparation,Congratulations!!!

Keep it up. Good service from Rod’s who deliver the food and Cyril who answer the call and took the order.
Comment regarding the food. Fruits served only 3 types worth 300 pesos (seem’s overpriced). (See photos). Breads are ok and good amount.
