Fulfilling experience

I have booked my stay with sofitel on their promo that includes breakfast and dinner in spiral, the food was excellent provided you can eat that much , lobster, shrimp, crab , beef , lamb. Staff cyma ( waitress) is very attentive and efficient, very...helpful in suggesting some of their famous dish, there’s a lot of dessert, cakes and ice cream (although i would say their ice cream is quite sweet). thumbs up to their staff who are always around when you need themMore

Good food, great service.

One of the best buffet in Manila. I really like the carving station and had lots of salmon sashimi. Our server Realyn was the icing on top. Great service!

Beyond perfecr service.

Long weekend getaway

My family and I went out on a semi-spontaneous dinner at Spiral. We arrived and we were assisted by Sir Bon, Arjay, and Jonard for the whole dinner. From the start they were already very accomodating, they started us with the complementary bread. Once we...started to have our dinner, Arjay and Jonard made sure that our needs were well taken care of, chopsticks, extra plate, bowl of water to wash our hands, and everything else that we might need you name it, they already thought of it and served it to our table even before we ask for it. Other than their consistency and friendliness, their knowledge of the food choices of Spiral is evident. They recommended to us Spiral’s specialty foie gras, and other food choices that we can try for the night. Overall we enjoyed the whole dinner not only because of the food choices of Spiral, but also the service we received from Sir Bon, Arjay, and Jonard. They made us feel welcomed, and well taken care of. We have dined at Spiral for numerous times already, but Arjay and Jonard definitely made our dinner tonight an experience above our previous visits here at Spiral. We commend Sir Bon, Arjay, and Jonard for the very hands on service, and we are thankful and grateful that they took care of my family tonight. Thank you and keep on the great job!More
