Eggs Benedict - ice cold, raw egg, raw tomato. Not a great experience at all. Chef said it's cold because the ham is cold. Very Poor!!

I was first to arrive 30 min before opening. A group of Filipinos asked to be served first. When I told them I was there first they all proceeded to serve the group of Filipinos. Unfortunately, this just confirms my experiences that Filipinos are rude...people.More

Now at Mary Grace manila airport terminal 3. We often dine and purchase Mary Grace products. It seems the immense growth has caused the company to lose grip on QUALITY. I frequent this outlet whenever I fly into Manila as it is the most relaxing...food outlet in terminal 3. Always liked the homey theme of the cafe. Even the huge one at Okada has been able to capture the feel. However, it may have come at the expense of food quality. The Sirloin Tapa is consistent, but the Mango Benne is a huge disappointment. It is soggy, can’t identify the merengue. Texture is pretty bad. My Wife asked the staff why it’s this way, “luma na kasi Maam, iba Yung fresh”. So why is subpar, old cake (not cheap) still being served?? Bad Mary Grace!!!More

Out of all the branches I have visited, this one is the most peaceful. Despite dining here on a weekday and it being situated on the 3rd or 4th floor, the ambiance is remarkably tranquil. However, the service was a bit slow as it took...a while for the orders to arrive.More

Currently in the cafe whilst writing this review. Served coffee without sugar so i went inside to ask for some. The waiter said he will bring it over. Coffee is now lukewarm. He decided to serve a bigger table than to bring over a simple...request. Not coming back. Ensaymada and Mango Bene were okay but i can get better ones elsewhere with better service.More

So happy that there was a Mary Grace in Newport Mall. Consistent quality food at anytime of the day. Staff are very nice and accommodating especially with large groups. They can arrange tables for 6 or more. Speed of delivery of food to the table...can vary depending on availability of staff. Always have to get their grilled ensaymada and chocolate pairing. Definitely fun to try the different chocolate drinks. Also tried their salted caramel cake which was a pleasant surprise: fluffy sponge cake, creamy filling, meringue icing. Simply yummy! Their breakfast all day dishes were perfect serving sizes and came with atsara and a mango-tomato ensalada. We had the sirloin tapa, toasted longganisa, and bangus! Daughter ordered chicken Inasal sandwich and said it was delicious. Hubby ordered squash soup; generous serving and could be a meal by itself. End your meal with dessert and a cup of cappuccino :-) Love the homey atmosphere!More

Best place to hang out while waiting for your flight. And if you don't want to carry too many bags for your pasalubongs going to the airport, you can just buy their famous ensaymadas and cheese rolls here. Food always taste great. Variety of dishes...on their menu. Great table service. Serving time is not a long wait.More

Having a Mary Grace at the posh Okada Manila is a good surprise not just for Filipinos who are used to enjoying their delectable cheese rolls but should be a good avenue to introduce the brand and products to foreigners visiting Okada Manila. But having...been accustomed to the excellent service and hospitality of most Cafe Mary Grace stores in the major malls of Manila, it is surprising that its Okada Manila branch is lacking in that respect. Sad as that is what Filipinos are known for - hospitable, warm, and cheerful. Never hurts to continue to remind waitstaff what makes a home-loved brand what it is.More

Whether waiting for a flight at NAIA Terminal 3 without Lounge access, or just before crossing the footbridge to/from the airport hotels, Mary Grace Cafe is worth a stop. Cozy ambience, attentive...and friendly service, great and the most tasty cakes at the airport - that's why we go there whenever we have some time left at NAIA T3.More

We went this morning at mary grace in terminal 3 and ordered beef tapa and smoked salmon. Hoping they would give us what were expecting. The food came 25 mins for tapa and 29 mins for a smoked salmon pasta. The tapa is awful i...thought the tapa is soft because i always eat at mary grace eastwood. But it was very chewy!!! What kind of tapa is that!!! And the pasta was too bland!!! I wont recommend mary grace at terminal 3 to anyone!More
