We were impressed by the variety and quality of the dishes at Cafe Belmont's weekend dinner buffet. The succulent steak with pepper sauce was a definite standout, perfectly cooked to our liking. The authentic big grilled fish was fragrant and flavorful, and the tender cochinillo simply melted in our mouths. Additionally, the assortment of fresh vegetables, fruits, and delectable desserts added a delightful balance to the meal. Notably, the big shrimps and oysters, prepared in various ways such as sautéed or with garlic butter, were a true delight for our taste buds. The inviting ambiance and attentive service further enhanced our dining experience, making it a memorable evening worth savoring.

"I had an excellent breakfast experience at this hotel! The wide array of food options catered to every palate, from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty cooked dishes. We had both lunch and dinner here as we had booked a hotel room here for the afternoon/evening while we waited for our connecting flight back to Aus. Allan was our server on both occasions and he was so lovely and helpful, if we’d had more time we would’ve stayed for another wine. He was attentive and chatty and even helped us with advice regarding getting to the airport. We got the Penne Chicken Pesto and Chicken Sandwich for lunch and red wine + Margarita pizza to share for dinner. We would come here again.

Service was not good, 2 times happened that I’ve been ignored by the waitress and waiters. They just glanced at me and passed by. They didn’t bother to offer me the complementary bread that they offered to other customers. Foreigner couple walked in after me and they took care of them right away while I’ve been waiting for more than 15 mins just to have someone asked me how was the food? What Food? No one takes my order yet. BTW, while observing I saw the waitress put the butter in the dish with a tong on her right hand and arranged the butter correctly in the dish with her left hand without gloves on.

We checked in a family room (a two connecting rooms) for a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) We went down for breakfast at 9 am. They gave us a small table for 4 pax and told that they’re just gonna put 2 high chairs for the kids. The table was so small I think 4 plates won’t even fit. So the points was, they allowed family booking but can’t provide tables for a family? All tables were arranged by 2s or 4s. We asked if they could give a table for 6. They did after 15 mins of waiting and throwing tantrums of the kids because they’re just 2 and 4 yrs old getting bored. They gave us the table at the corner where you can’t pull the chair ahd one had to stand up so that the other one pf us would fit in when seated.
So because it’s already 9 am, they didn’t refill most of the food and we had to eat what’s left. The pork steak didn’t taste like steak but like pork hamonado without pineapple. The coffee station smelled like urine or something like a damp cloth stinking. The garlic rice had a hair, as in human hair like eeeeww! No pancake was served for the kids. We had to stick with the rice when the kids aren’t rice person. The pancit bihon tasted bland, also the potato marble. 9:45 am and they were already clearing up the food stations.

At the egg station, I got turned down when I requested for scrambled egg. I was told they only cook sunny side up or omelette, even if there was a sign that offered scrambled egg as an option. I left the egg station disappointed but didn’t want to make a fuss and ruin my day. But, JOYCE saved what would have otherwise been a 1-star rating. She offered to have the egg prepared. Service par excellence! A great and polite demeanor and consistently attentive, Joyce deserves to be recognized for turning a detractor to a promoter! Thanks , Joyce!
P.s. to the egg station chef, you can learn a thing or two about customer service from Joyce!

This spot is great for travelers if you need that quick lunch before you either explore the city or take a quick break from Terminal 3 airport. It’s very accessible through Skywalk and Michaela and Allan are great servers! They’ll help you with questions throughout the area and the hotel even have a grab (uber-like) service to get you to the airport.

Not much of local food choices but complimented by excellent customer service from the staff Dexter, Joer and Mark. The two lady servers earlier were very courteous and respectful exemplifying Filipino hospitality.
At the breakfast opening it got a bit busy but that was a testament of becoming a popular spot for breakfast in the nearby hotels near the airport.

It’s day two in this hotel and we are amazed the service overall. Particularly for breakfast, our day one we had very good food both American and Filipino food. My Italian aunty were in aweeeee of the food choices that she even tried the quality Filipino food which she loves! Day two breakfast had different breakfast entrees and we are amazed! We can’t wait for breakfast choices tomorrow!
As for the staff from the front counter of the cafe to the egg chef to the waiters/busboys they are so kind-patient-accommodating for my family, they would even ask to help carry our coffee cups to our table.
My family and I are so comfortable and treated well here I don’t think we will return to the states soon! Overall 15**/10 service

The restaurant is open all day til late, food is excellent, i order Laing and it was beautiful, special shoutout to Joyce who serve our meal, Joyce couldn't do enough for us, very friendly efficient and doing great for her role. Food and service is highly recommended. Breakfast is also very good.

Nathan assisted us for 2 consecutive days. We stayed here for almost a week and it was always Nathan who made our breakfast experience better. He was very attentive and also took note of our feedback especially when one of the soups served for the day was a bit salty. A few mins after, the soup was changed as he coordinated it ASAP with the kitchen staffs.

Mark and Nathan are very patient, polite, and hardworking, and understand the current availability of all the food on the menu.
