This is a great place to stay and eat. The breakfast is really superb and highly recommend it. The dinner buffet was very good, the service is good. The worst thing is the ice tea, the Hibiscus Tea is very, very good, but the rest of the ice tea is terrible. Make an iced tea with Lipton or green tea, let it steep, serve it with liquid sugar/syrup and calamansi on the side. That is the reason you did not get five stars, your ice tea other than the Hibiscus are terrible.

The reservation mobile number was not reliable but calling the phone line is better and quicker. On the night of our dinner, I was expecting that due to the current situation, the experience may not be the same or at par with what I imagine. I was impressed by the service (probably due to the fact that we are only a handful of customers) and the food was very delicious and filling. I initially thought that the selection was limiting but I was wrong to think that way since what they did offer was in a way better with what I expect that night. We even requested to have a certain cocktail prepared and they obliged. :) The health protocols inside the establishment was also commendable. Suggestion though: The ambiance on the side of the restaurant we are located looks a bit gloomy. Maybe they can improve the quality of the lights on that area near the balcony door.

its my 2nd time trying a buffet during pandemic. coz we availed the new year promo and decided that we celebrate it with friends anniversary and its quite an experience. First the food its way less than the numbers that it used to have. but the quality its all there. Every food is quality. one of the best was ofcourse the lechon. its yum yum! and i found myself going back over and over for the sisig. The service is one of the best things i noticed here. from the time you enter to the time you leave, you are well taken care of. I love staffs who do well, they are the back bone of every good restaurant/hotel I would like to commend these people who made my family and friends experience worth while ( coz I convinced them to dine here with me, so i was in finger crossed during the dining that they might like it) So first Mike, he was assigned to our table, this guy is superman. he sits us all , take our food order from the buffet serve it , follow up our pending orders, offer breads , everything ! he is very focus on what he does and serves with smile. one thing I was also surprised that i mentioned to him that my friend is celebrating an anniversary and its my mom's birthday month. and they arranged a cake greeting. superb brasserie ❤️. then another person i would like to commend is Echo , he was the one who greeted us, and assist us in ordering food. we even got lost whats our table number and he remembered ( lucky or my food is lost to the abyss). he is Jolly is assisting everyone in ordering, even my veggie which i picked one by one. thumbs up sir During our visit it hit peak hour in which the guess swarm the buffet area. i noticed the manager i think ( coz he is in suite) Arvin. arranging his staff to assist the guess immediately so they can control the people around the buffet which is in this season is critical. and reminds everyone gently for the protocols, social distancing and stuff. and lastly the salad ladies, mariel , these ladies extended their patience with us, coz i ended up going back and forth for the salad , sadly no sushi huhu , anyway they attentive and patient with all the cheese request and extra cheese and bacon on salad. good job girl. the ambience is good it feels homey with all the wood interiors and natural lighting. BTW im amazed that this is LEED gold certified building which means they are sustainable in the building and also the operation. and the art works around the area are filipino artist made if im not mistaken. SOOOO in conclusion in this long review. I love a place with not just good but great service and good ambiance one. keep it up brasserie looking forward on coming back when theres more food

5/5 Service 3/5 Food Taste 3/5 Worth of Money 5/5 Ambiance We reserved a dinner buffet on Dec 6,2021 because it was my birthday and we were one of the corporate company partners here at Conrad. We wanted to try the food so that we can recommend their buffet to our company partners as well. At first when we sat down we were informed about the choices "Taste of the west" and we were expected to be served Salmon and Lasagna and we were excited bec it was our fave. But when we went to the buffet area to order it the chef informed me that those 2 were not available,we were very disappointed. Then after that we tried the crispy belly but it was really rubbery. The bulalo was great though. The baked mussel was very dry. Hard to swallow. The sisig was very spicy , i love spicy food but it was more than i can handle. The baby back ribs was great as well and the salads. The baked penne was a little bland. What made our night was our server Francis he was great he was above average in fact.  He apologized for the confusion of the menu and made amends by letting the chef know about what happened. He also asked the chef to make the lasagna just for us. We didn't have to get up the whole night. He was serving us what we wanted and more.  He also surprised us by giving us a complimentary cake coz of my birthday. I commend him in his efforts. His service was excellent.

I visited the Conrad Hilton for the day since I was curious about the location & ambience of the hotel. The first floor lobby and front desk personnel were very hospitable and answered my inquiries. I’ve decided to visit the Brasserie on 3 restaurant. The staff were very polite and hospitable. I stayed for the buffet luncheon and was extremely satisfied with a wide selections of Western and Asian dishes. The dessert section was also amazing. It was an excellent experience and more so because the staff were courteous and very respectful. As a seasoned traveler I am very observant/evaluative in the quality of service within the hospitality industry. The front desk and restaurant staff at Conrad Hilton Manila and Brasserie on 3 certainly lives up to the reputation of a truly FIVE STAR establishment. As an HHonor gold level member, my compliments to the training and staff development staff at Conrad Hilton for ensuring management & staff at all levels consistently emulate the values and mission of the Conrad Hilton spirit.

Our server Francis is a really great server. Helped us order our food and give us info on their recommended dishes, constantly checks on us if we need anything else even if the place got busy already. 10/10 Food is just okay. There were few dishes that were really great! (Risotto and their bread). Though I think the price is just right for the selection of dishes that they have for buffet (drinks not included though) Their take for buffet dining during COVID is such a smart move. Salads and Fruits were already portioned in cute small bottles that you can just get. You can still look and choose your food from the chefs and you can either wait or have it delivered to your table. But mostly your server will be offering the menu items already to you so you don't have to get up anymore. Overall it is a really great experience

My friends and I chose to dine at Brasserie on 3 on the fifth day they resumed operation. Despite a skeletal workforce, Restaurant Manager Joann and staff members Mike, Echo, Rache, and Pam were eager to provide us excellent service and comfortable dining. They made us feel safe in public with special envelopes for our face masks, bag stands, and paperless menu. We enjoyed repeated servings of rock melon topped Serrano ham. Their fish kilawin had the right amount of sourness that did not overwhelm the taste buds. The seafood soup in ginger was perfect for the rainy evening. Their Western main course selection included grilled salmon, organic chicken, sirloin steak , among others. Two bottles of cabernet savignon from Australia were our subtle companions until closing time. I capped my meal with fresh strawberries and blueberries in cream while the others had dark chocolate pralines and truffles. Conrad was the farthest I've been to since March and I am glad my first view of our famous Manila Bay in seven months was highlighted with a delectable meal. Somehow this gave me hope.

Conrad Hotel has had an excellent breakfast buffet in this restaurant. Since Covid, they started a somewhat hybrid lunch buffet where you order either from the grill or Asian menu with all the sides as buffet: soup, salad, appetizers, jamon Serrano or Parma ham, laksa or Asian noodles, and finally a wide selection of desserts and sweets. For P1,150 from the grill, this isn’t a bad deal. To encourage return customers, they gave us P500 vouchers for every P1,500 we spent. Another plus is that they have outdoor seating overlooking the bay if you don’t want to be in an enclosed air conditioned space. This “hybrid buffet” makes you spoiled with attention since you can ask your server for whatever it is you want more of. We were well taken cared of by Marvin.

I have always loved eating here. One of my favorite buffets actually. But I was disappointed when I visited it today.(pandemic) there is very limited food options, the system is different and less efficient than before, and again very few main course. In fact, there are only 2 meat carvings, and we cant even eat the other one. (Religious reasons) However, the quality of the food is still superb! Its a buffet but with well prepared dish (unlike others) the staff are also very kind and respectful. They even served us with special dish, not part of the menu to cover for the carving we cannot eat. Its still is a nice place for family. Ill be going back here but maybe not until the pandemic is over. Kindness can really go a long way and because of their staff and the quality of food, it still is a favorite!

First time to dine buffet since March and Brasserie didn’t disappoint. We felt extra safe as all staffs are strictly observing all safety measures, making you won’t forget to wear face mask and face shield the moment you stood up from your chair. They are all very attentive to you needs and the food you want upon approaching all food stations. Upon arrival, Blanche is very welcoming. You will really feel her warm smile even though she’s geared with both face mask and shield. Christian was in our Private Dining Area, making sure to check on us from time to time. The food is great. My personal favorite is the carving station, especially the chuck eye beef. Also, I like their kimchi soup, cold cuts area and the dessert station. I’d like to commend as well how complete and fresh their fruits are, and it being sweet is an added plus. Kudos to Chef Mike! 💯 I’d like to commend other staffs who were very attentive to us, Echo, Demi and Eunice. I find it convenient that you just have to point out from the buffet the food that you want and it will be served on your table right away. No need to fret that it might fall or spill on your way to your table. We really had a great time esp we were celebrating something special. It made the moment extra special because of an awesome dining experience. Thank you Brasserie on 3. I highly recommend this place esp when you’re going to celebrate something special or just want to experience dining in a hotel during these times

Staff: 5 stars From the time of booking until bill out, everyone is very nice. Thanks to Echo for showing me around and for explaining whats the situation at the restaurant. Mike for being attentive with my requests/orders. The 2 lovey lady at the front desk whom I forgot names. Im sure they are the same ladies I spoke to over the phone when I made the booking whom are very accommodating and very kind to ask if I needed help for some pics. Food: 5 stars Food are good but due to the current situation with the whole pandemic the restaurant is bounded to supply food options which is understandable but I enjoyed the roast beef and maki. If you have further questions about it, you can contact them directly and they would be happy to explain what you should expect comes with food available. Security/Safety: 5 stars They really follow the health protocol. Before you even get into the building you would be asked to scan a qr code to declare your health status which is very important. Once you get to the restaurant they would ask you to do it again which to me is fine. There are sanitizers station. Tables have some clear hard plastic divider. There are distance between tables. Staff would call your attention if you are not following the health protocol like not wearing a mask which I forgot to wear once when I walked around to get another food. Overall it was a good experience. A bit pricey for available food options but the people made my special day special. Thanks again for everyone and cant wait to go back once Brasserie on 3 is full pack of food.

I had my lunch here at Brasserie on 3 at 1:30PM and the service is excellent. Servers while fewer than usual are still very much accommodating and are quick to the requests of the guests. The ambience of the place is excellent as you can feel the spaciousness and quaintness of the area around you. The food feels very much high class and definitely suited if you prefer quality over quantity of items. I highly recommend trying out their appetizers and bread as they are easily the best items in the set meal. Desserts are good but are a little too sweet for me though I would attribute this to my lack of a sweet tooth. Big thanks to the servers Francis, Brai, Chef Ram as well as the chef at the appetizer section (for preparing a wonderful appetizer plate!) for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend to someone looking for a good time.

Went here to celebrate the birthday of my youngest son. I read the reviews before I came and kept reading “Francis” this and “Francis” that. But Francis was not around when we came. But that was not problem because we had Lemuel. He was so attentive to our needs, we almost never had to go to the Buffet. It was like we had a personal butler. If we ask for something, Lemuel would say he’d take care of it. He even gave my son a birthday treat! Don’t get me wrong, the food was great. The Kare-Kare was divine, the Sisig is a must try. But the highlight of our night was the service of Lemuel. Shout out also to Stef Montalbo for her patience when we were still inquiring. Even when she was in the middle of a wedding, she took time to address our needs. If you’re looking for great service and exclusivity, with the bonus of a great food and wondeful food, come to the Brasserie on 3 you’d definitely get value for your money!

We ordered the oxtail kare-kare, rellenong bangus, sirloin sandwhich and four cheese pizza and all of them were affordable and scrumptious. However, the highlight of our night was when the staff - Albert, Marvin, Joemar and Noel - went out of their way to surprise my dad with a (delicious) birthday cake and sing him "happy birthday". We really appreciate them taking the initiative for the surprise even though we did not plan it ourselves. Both the food and service is excellent! Thank you to both the staff and the chefs!

Food choices at the breakfast are pretty limited compared to what other hotels can offer but they compensate with the quality of their food and service. Waiter Francis has been very accommodating and friendly with us especially when we are accompanying a wheeled senior citizen. Their hot chocolate is divine.
