It was a late lunch on New Year's eve. We were the only ones inside the resto as some opted to eat outside. The front desk lady forgot about us and I had to go to the front desk and remind them we were waiting to have our orders taken. I still gave a 5 because the food was excellent. We did not order steak but salmon, crab cake, lobster mac and cheese, and salad. It was a little pricey but made sense because of the quality of the food and the waiter's service. If the none steak items tasted delicious, what more the steak they are well known for! We'll be ordering that next time.

Definitely the beat restaurant experience so far.
Upon entering the restaurant, the host that welcomed is very professional and knowledgeable that she anticipate the needs of our group, bag basket, high-chair, and a table that is comfortable for our group.
Upon being seated, the host introduce our server Ericka. She seems very knowledgeable about the items on the food menu moreso the wine list. She don't just suggest items but she made sure of our food allergens, and portion that will be enough for the group. We trusted her recommendations, seafood platter, bacon, for start. (Fresh and good quality). Soup of the day (mushroom soup), tastes like freshly made. Porterhouse and ribeye which is the best steak I had in my life, cooked medium rare and perfectly charred. Sides were good for 3-4 persons and the selection she suggested allowed us to try a little bit of everything. Sides were as good as the steak and they were match made in heaven. We sealed the evening with the dessert platter Ericka recommended (cheesecake, chocolate mousse, tiramisu, creme brulee) this is the avenger dessert!!! Nail in the coffin indeed.
Halfway our meal the manager Andro checked our dining experience and food. He looks really sharp with his suit and we felt VIP cause everyone is very attentive on their service.
This truly catapult our dining expectation to the next level.
Truly a value for money.

The service was great, not pushy, attentive. Steak cook perfect as one would expect from a steak house, the lamb on the other hand was not cooked to what was ordered.
Order both medium rare, as noted steak was perfect, lamb was bloody rare, now I purposely did not say anything and had them pack to go, I’ll finish cooking at home. Had I mention it to them I’m sure it would be done right.
4 star because one would expect perfection from a steak house and for the price you pay you would expect the kitchen staff to execute flawlessly. I mean you are cooking 90% or more of protein for the majority of your menu.

To give you an idea of the price level of this shopping mall restaurant : we paid 25,188 php for a starter, a main course and wine for two persons. That’s a whopping 450€/500$. For this we got a seafood platter consisting of three bland shrimps, half a small lobster tail and around 50 g of crab meat 3588 php). For mains we had a Porterhouse steak (6976 php) and sides of asparagus, steak fries and peas (all between 300 and 515 php each). The coffee we ordered was instant and tasted horrible. The cheapest wine bottles start at around 4000 php. We took a 9000 php bottle and got a disappointing mediocre bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon which should not have cost more than 2000 php. The waiters coerce guests in their choice. They hover around all the time virtually looking over your shoulder as you eat. Smiles were scarce but can be elicited if you accept the staff’s recommendations that consistently and for some strange reason always seem to coincide with the most expensive menu items. At this price level you should expect 2 or 3 Michelin star level but sadly enough the skill required in cooking the food on the menu is virtually zero. Apart from slapping a piece of beef on the grill for a few minutes and steaming some vegetables I detected nothing culinary. The fact that it wasn’t a total debacle lay in the fact that the beef was good. We would like to thank the cow for that. Stay away and send the economic inspection.

Service was good, Caesar Salad was disappointing as an international chef myself I expected more for the price no anchovies in the dressing or or Garnished,dressing was not enough in the salad.Bread was nice they served
Fillet pitet was beautiful,well seasoned,correctly cooked and the meat quality was good.
The sides I ordered mash potato and I ordered German potatoes as a German my self .( Was curious how they'll serve it)
Mash potato was ok German potatoes was very bad the garlic was burned no chopped parsley or spring onion needed a bit more butter.The sides portion where Generous for the price.
The way the potatoes were cut is wrong as well.
The jus was ok.
Overall experience was ok would I come again with my wife no not out of my way to visit again for this price and the items we ate.

We attended as a party of 6 for an evening dinner.
The food was ok (at best) but what let this place down was very poor service.
Firstly, ‘we’re just preparing your table’ became a 30 minute wait.
Secondly, we ordered our food and water/wine and around 15 minutes later the wine still hadn’t arrived. We asked where the wine was. A few minutes later the waiter turned up with an opened bottle of chianti (we had ordered a different wine) and after pointing out it was the wrong wine he insisted it was correct as is was “DOCG”, same as what we ordered… I kid you not. Zero training of waiters in wine.
Food arrived and by and large was ok. One order of salmon was Luke warm and surprisingly they hadn’t sliced the 2 very large rib eye steaks from the bone.
Overall - food was ok service and training of staff abysmal

First of all, I call for my reservation on Feb. 8. On my first call I was hung up on, and I call back second time made reservation, for Feb. 25th at 12:30 am for a party of 3. During the night of Feb.24th there was a text from the steak house stating my reservation was 12 noon. We arrived at 11:30 am at steak house viewed the menu ordered porterhouse for 2, 2ceasar salads, 2 baked potatoes and 1 crab cake along with 2 apple martinis. At no time during the ordering they never informed us that the salad and baked potatoes is big enough for 2 persons. The pracing on the menu is very deceiving. The apple martinis was the worst I have ever had. The potatoes was hard with only sour cream for the topping.The salad was big but just ok. The steak was good but the pricing was miss leading .mimun 1kg @ 4688 per 500g the bread was cold. Over all it was a13,000 disappointment.

One of the worst restuarant experiences of my life and I feel disgusting about paying $600 for it… We would have better off spending $5 with a street vendor.
Right from the very first drink order at the bar, they couldn’t supply items from the menu or signage - a consistent theme throughout the meal. And it was early, around 7:30pm.
We were seated outside in a shopping mall, next to a bargain stall setup selling clothes. It wasn’t a nice outdoor shopping mall with trees etc - it was fake buildings indoors like someone’s drunken memory of Las Vegas.
The food actually available was average at best and steak not cooked correctly. It seems they have no concept of how to prepare a thick cut of meat with the inside still raw & cold and the outside burned. Vegetables served cold too.
My friend ordered a cocktail. It was undrinkable. Wouldn’t be surprised if key ingredients were substituted.
It was so bad I am considering calling the credit card company to dispute the transaction, because there is not a soul on this planet that would agree that meal was worth the EXORBITANT price paid. I should have refused to pay.
Steer clear, there are much better options available.

Booked a Private Dining Room for a reservation that can accomodate 30 pax for our gatherings . We had a good deal and good recommendation from Mr. Joepo to kick off from appetizer down to dessert. We are so satisfied for the food that he suggested. The ambiance was inviting ,classic and proper ventilated.Kudos to the staff who made our dining experience so unique and memorable.To sum up Food and service was Five Star!

This was my choice for my last night in Manila and it did not disappoint. The crab cake appetizer was very good and could be a meal in itself. The French Onion Soup was perfect and the filet was melt in your mouth.
The service was even better than the food. The waitstaff is attentive, knowledgeable and professional

The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars was because they had good customer service. However, do not waste your money the food was lackluster, had absolutely no seasonings or flavor mediocre at best and most definitely extremely overpriced. I was expecting it to be expensive but compared to Wolfgang in other countries this was absolute let down. The cold seafood platter a complete turn off and the steak just pathetic. My friends did not care for the ambience they felt intimated and lied to about the menu. The only good thing I had was the rice!!!

We haven’t entered the restaurant yet but the supervisor readily greeted and brought us in to a well located dining table. That for can win you over. Good professional service by the servers and that charming hostess. We were advised on steak portions. He calculated it well. We had the medium well porterhouse, served in a hot plate. Salad was a good starter but their soup of the day , chicken noodle wasn’t. Sides were great such as the spinach, fries , mashed potatoes and steak fries. Ambiance was really on the high end. Liked the wall adorned with photos of the owner and several celebrities. Chocolate mouse and cheesecake were great finishers as well , together with tea and brewed coffee. Only drawback was they forget giving the complimentary bread rolls as a starter.

Quite expensive for what it is. There was a sharing for 2, still v expensive considering the size. Also the steak was soo soooo salty. It is not really worth going to. It was soo totally disappointing. overall the bad were higher than the good. a real rip off if you do not know what good steak is to compare.

The restaurant is located in the 2nd flor of the newport mall. Quite area, relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very polite and knows the menu very well. I has a chicken sup for 1st course and sirloin 600gr medium rear for main. Both dishes were excellent, and the sirloin was cooked to perfection . The meat source is USA and aged locally, really very good.
