Overall service was okay. Although I think the food came in late as I ordered ard 1pm however past 1:30pm, they didn't serve it yet so I had to ask them to hold the serving when it comes out bec my guest will arrive at 2pm to just serve it once my guest’s order arrives.
They provided complimentary bread
Eldon was the one who served and he was prompt and quick.

Ann very is very essential to the location. She is able to keep guests happy despite the limited drink menus and low quality of drinks. Venue lacks knowledge of fine beverages available and the serving procedures. This has no ability to continue to serve the level of guests that attend this venue. Allowing guests to look at menus with food not available for serving is not a welcoming experience. Please elevate your management service and know the availability of your menu prior to embarrassing your hostess and your guess at ordering.

Our family enjoyed dinner. Food was great. Ambiance as always top notch. One thing that made it memorable was how our server, Jilmer, took his time to ask the chef if the fettuccine could be replaced with penne pasta instead. My son appreciated it so much.

We recently had breakfast at the Shangri-La lobby, and it was a delightful experience. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. What made the visit even more enjoyable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mics. Mics was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met with a friendly and professional attitude. The combination of excellent food and outstanding service made for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

Cozy place just to lounge around listening to good music or chatting with friends.
Although during the day, it’s a great place to discuss business or gossips as well.
Excellent variety of food, there’s something for everyone. I was with a senior and a toddler during this trip and we all felt welcomed by Sammy and Anne.
They were especially patient with our queries and needs.
We hang a lot in hotel lobbies and I can say that here is one that serves good tasting snacks and meals. Portion is also just right for the price.

My daighter and I had afternoon tea and the banana bread ice cream sandwich. We had a lovely time. August’s afternoon tea had a wonderful selection that included lobster roll, scones, smoked salmon, etc.
Audrey took great care of us and even remembered us from our last visit when we had afternoon tea with my mom. She even remembered our names (super pleasant surprise). Audrey’s attention to detail reflects the high standard of quality service we have come to expect and enjoy whenever visiting Shangrila Edsa. We will definitely visit again and we appreciate how Audrey ensured a wonderful time spent at Shang. Thank you!

Our experience at EDSA Shang was nothing short of exceptional. From the impeccable service to the divine cuisine, every aspect exceeded our expectations. While the prices may be on the higher side, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience make it well worth it. We went to the lobby for a little late night snack and we were glad to find out it was still open! The hostess was very accomodating and seated us right away. The waiter, Eldon, was also very attentive whenever we needed something. The music and ambience of the are was very nice as well. Will definitely come back again!

The Shangri La training and wonderful culture of hospitality in the Philippines makes for a great combination. The Lobby bar was available for an impromptu business dinner on Valentines, when all other restaurants in the hotel were fully booked. A pleasant meal with very smiling service.

I had the pleasure of being served by Ann during breakfast at EDSA Shangri-la hotel on June 12th, and I must say, her service was exceptional. Ann was not only attentive and courteous but also went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable.
Her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly enhanced my morning. I highly commend Ann for her outstanding service and would definitely recommend her to others.

This spot its amazing, great ambience, great service from Rome and Eldon. Even though it was quite busy the wait time was very reasonable, and the food taste was really worth the wait. I had the Fettuccine Carbonara, and my family had the ramen, and the Caesar Salad. Carbonara definitely worth the try! Whenever we come to Shangri La always try to have atleast one meal in the lobby lounge! P.S they give soft cookies at the end!!!!!!
