After 4 decades of experience, it is fair to say that Wolfgang Zwiener learned his craft well. Taking the core principles from his years as Peter Luger’s head waiter, Wolfgang didn’t just duplicate an exceptional steakhouse; he improved upon it making Wolfgang’s Steakhouse extraordinary. Such a wonderful experience to have a taste of a juicy steak 🥩 never been frozen they said. Of course it’s expensive though. But for me I still prefer to have Kobe or wag yo though it’s a kill when it comes to being a healthy 🤣
Staff are so gracious specially Ella , Chalk and Fred who were all there to assist us with our wants.

The Porterhouse steak for two is probably the best steak we have ever had.
The starter of the crab cocktail was good, but the accompanying sauce, was not much more than ketchup and was disappointing.
With the Steak there was no sauces offered, pepper, red wine etc. We did not see them on the menu and the staff never asked or offered. Also we were not offered any mustards or sauces at all to go with the steak. They probably the believe the steak to be enough on its own, but unusual not to have the accompaniments.
The Cheesecake was the best we ahve tasted in Manila - outstanding. A real one!!

Very much enjoyed Wolfgang’s last night. The service reminded me of the service I used to get in Manila 20 years ago - friendly, attentive, smiling and really seemed to enjoy their work
We both had the Grouper, which was the catch of the day and well worth the price. Highly recommend the lobster Mac and cheese as a side as well
Loved the decor, was just a comfortable laid back environment. We had a 6:30 reservation but arrived 45 minutes early and were still seated right away.
Definitely will return. I want to try a steak next time - the steaks seemed a little pricey even for a high end restaurant, hoping they are worth the price

I frequent the place with my Family at Podium Branch, my kids liked the food, but don’t get the cream spinach. Anyway, Three weeks ago my Family and I went to Ruth Chris for lunch, my mom loved the wet aged porterhouse steak. But I wanted to show my mom the difference of a wet aged meat from a dry aged cold one. So we had lunch today at Wolfgang Podium. We ordered the 1.5 kg porterhouse. when the food arrived, I was really disappointed because the cut of our meat was not what I was expecting. There was barely any meat at the fillet side of the porterhouse and the outer meat was burnt! True enough, when we had a bite, the meat was dry! I felt short changed with the meat that they served. I was really disappointed because I use to love the place for steak!

The only impressive thing I can say about the ribeye- it’s humongous. On the service- we had to ask for our plates and napkins. As for the Wolfgang salad- if you specially like tomatoes and lettuce iceberg, don’t bother. There
are better steaks elsewhere for much less the price.

We came here for the steak, and the steak did not disappoint. The steak had a great crispiness to the outer layer and juicy softness in the interior. It was beyond buttery. Starters (crab cake and shrimp cocktail) were less stellar, a bit taste free. Skip those. Dessert (Key Lime pie) was good, though not the best. Service was decent and attentive though sadly some food was dropped on our lap. Cocktails were not good and very overpriced. The bill was astronomical of course.

We went for lunch and decided to go eat ‘western food’ instead of Filipino dishes we already got so many.
This restaurant is amazing. Quality outstanding, so is the service. They have an interesting collection of wines and spirits. Starter, main and desert, all perfect!

The steak is hands down winner. Soft, juicy and much to my liking. It is probably the best steak house in the Philippines. Staff is very friendly & attentive. Wolfgang Salad is a big let down for the hefty price. Mushroom soup is average. Caution, a cockroach landed on our table and crawled under my sauce platter. That’s the risk that I have to accept when eating al fresco 😒

Was here alone and the food is so delicious the staff are so professional and the ambience of the world is very cozy. They accommodated me and make me feel welcome even if even if I am alone. You have to visit this place to experienced this kind of service.

Excellent service. Food was great. Porterhouse was the best. Tried a lot of steak here in the Phils but nothing can compare to Wolfgang.

For a steakhouse, and for a whopping overall bill, the steak is very poor. We ordered medium rare and it was served in a hot plate that is still cooking on the plate. More so, it was very very salty. So disappointing.
The rest which were not steak were ok , tuna tartare, crab cakes ok, seabass ok- average.
Wine selection - was very good.
On another point - just need to put some finesse - on how wines are poured from the bottle. For a restaurant at this level - details are important.
More so we were offered sauces from bottles?? why?? there were a couple sauces that were made but were so watery so it. I was very excited but really disappointed.

Oysters are definitely to die for. The steak, wonderful as usual. But the service of Jerwin will keep us coming back to this branch for our usual craving for world class steak.

My wife and I had considered Wolfgang's at Podium Mall, as a "special occasion" destination. We live locally, but there is lots of competition for fine dining in our area. Wolfgang's turned out to be a really lovely place for us to celebrate our 13 years together. Sophisticated environment and top of the chart service.
While the menu is "typical" steakhouse fare, they offered a pleasant environment, very attentive service and really top quality steaks, with all the trimmings. While their menu might be considered "traditional", what they did, they did very well. Some of the menu items, like the prawn cocktail appetizer offered top-class ingredients meeting all our expectations for a high-end steak house. Their lobster-mac and cheese was a delightful side, and the fillet cut steaks were perfectly grilled. The serving size was beyond adequate and satisfied our all "red-meat" cravings!!!
Was it expensive? Beyond a doubt. . . and, for a special occasion well-worth the price. We generally don't mind paying for quality when quality is delivered!

I gave a good rating because of the excellent food and the service (with a overiding issue). Tomahawk steak, St Emilion wine, fresh oysters, caprese salad, apple strudel and sundae - all distinctive and superb.
The negative is that they served our wine late. We reserved a table but they gave us the worse table which was infront of kitchen door. The wine was late because the maitre' d told the waiter to concentrate on a favored table. I had to remind them that top dollar meant top service. Having said that is the main issue with the restaurant is that it's too expensive for what you get. 120 dollars for a bottle of good wine while it was really top notch - it's just too much. I think the steak (even flown in) was atrociously expensive. Oysters where at 10 dollars a piece - my god.
My wife loves this place so we soldier on.
