Really tasty vegan food! We ordered the nachos, burger and Mac and cheese. Hard to believe that everything is plant-based! Would definitely come back again. The dessert is okay, the donuts are little dry. The food is definitely better.

The exterior of the restaurant looked pretty clean. When I walked in the restaurant, I was greeted immediately of a certain waitress only and she assisted me. All I said a collected "hello." she told me that I could take a seat anywhere. I sat...down at a booth and she brought me a menu and took my drink order. Three minutes later, the certain waitress walked up to me with a big smile, placed my drink on the table and introduced herself she is Laarni and she asked for my name which is a plus point. She asked if I was ready to order. After I gave her my order, Laarni asked if I would like anything else. She offered me dessert which is their donuts and cupcakes which is the reason I came to visit the shop. 10 minutes later, Laarni served our orders. The Burger was hot, but the bun was a little stale. The side potato chips were a little crisp, which was perfect for me. After my food was delivered, Laarni did check with me once to see if I needed anything and then served the donuts I ordered. Overall experience, nearly perfect even it was crowded that day. I recommend this vegan restaurant.More

Pleasant swift service. Nice decor. Was very excited by the chance to eat vegan. However, several things on the menu were unavailable, including lattes, all doughnuts (they were on offer around 1030 am), beyond burger and a few other minor additions to dishes. Me and my husband spent our anniversary here. Great ambiance, great vegan food selection and the staff was super accommodating. Orders came in fast too! Looking forward to many more dinner dates here :) tip- the hail seitan panini was ah-mazing!❤

I searched for VEGAN Restaurant near me, and it was Green Bar. I walked around legaspi village and found this hidden gem. I came in to the restaurant the ambiance is homey the area is very clean and neat. Laarni assisted me cheerfully, she knows...what to offer for first timer like me. While waiting for my food (I ordered Quinoa bowl) since it’s not busy around the time I came in, she is very friendly and accommodating, we had a short conversation about VEGANS and the restaurant itself. Food was great! The tofu is very soft and appetizing there are so many dish I wanted to try, the Wild Thing Bacon Cheeseburger sounds good? See you there. Oh and there’s desserts too they have pastries to die for who would have thought vegan donuts and cupcakes? I also had the chance to talk to the owner Jade and I told her that the food was amazingly delicious. Keep up the good work definitely recommend this place for everyone even a non-vegan like me.More

I visit Makati City regularly for business. Given my personal health focus I was excited to see a new café there offering vegan fare. I was quick to check it out. And quick to be disappointed. Though the menu items read well, the execution falls...pretty far short. Presentation, price and quality all play a part in having a good eating experience. To be fair, the Green Bar only recently opened, so they may still be working out the kinks. As well, I tried only 2 of their dishes. That said, here is what I thought. I ordered the “mac & cheese with broccoli florets” and a side of “cole slaw”. In total, I had about 7 or 8 bites of the cole slaw. I wouldn’t call it a side dish, more like one of those small salad adds you see on a burger or chicken plate to add a bit of color and a pallet taste change. The main mac and cheese dish arrived in a medium sized white bowl. The pasta barely filled a third of the bowl and looked paltry in comparison. The “florets” turned out to be one small floret chopped so fine that it looked like green specs on the light yellow pasta. Not what I would imagined “floret(s)” would look like! The total for these two dishes was 400 pesos. Spending that much money for a meal, I don’t expect to walk away hungry. But I did. When I mentioned this to the manager on duty, all she could say was, “sorry, you should have ordered the quinoa salad.” Hmm...More
