There were rats running around the drop ceiling right above the tables. The food is mediocre and the wine are expensive. The ambiance is dark and stale.

Excellent service, great food and wines and the owner and people working there are kindhearted people. Love the place and would like to recomend to everyone who wants Itallian cuisine. The best!
The owner of CARUSO, Mr. Mina, is so generous. He gave us a shot of grappa each, and we tried their home-made lemonciello, and we also got a bag of cookies for the kids. The food is highly recommended. It was amazing.
Came here on an Italian expat's recommendation for authentic Italian pizza, the best pizza place and Italian restaurant he could find in the Philippines. Showed up without a reservation but nobody cared because the restaurant was empty, and service was a little slow even when...it was only half full. Margherita Pizza, Mozzarella Bufala Pizza and Gnocchi/Gnochetta are great. Bolognese spaghetti is okay, nothing special like back home in the West or the U.S. Praline nougat ice cream is overpriced and abysmally small. Fried Calamari was okay, the grilled salmon and spinach were good but overpriced. The bread and olive oil dip were excellent. I'd give the pizza a 7/10 from what I've tasted here in the country; it was good, I liked it, I'd order it again, but it seemed overpriced nonetheless. Yeah, I'll eat here again. Spent around $197 in total for 5 people and 1 child.More
Good food. Free dish for Mother's Day. Owner played roulette and gave free dish of choosing as prize. Would recommend and come back to
My girlfriend suggested this Italian restaurant. What to say? SAPORITO! BUONO! Definitely returning!
We visited Caruso for lunch. The food was great. The pasta and ravioli were very tasty so does the bruscheta. The Rocula Salad was not great but overall the food was great. Nevertheless the ambiance in the restaurant is something that can be improved the...restaurant has a non please to smell and the toilets were not clean.More
I loved the amazing food the service was so fast and it was so amazing watching the chef cook the amazing pizza 100000000000/10
We had a happy Easter lunch at Caruso! We especially like the spaghetti soglio al pomodoro and the ravioli. Caruso is a charming and long-standing restaurant in Makati city. Price is on the higher end though it is a must-try experience!
Good pasta and pizza. Had the 4 cheese that was cooked well. The truffle was freshly shredded in front of us and the the pasta was cooked to Al dents
We have been there several times during our stay in Manila and made it our go-to place. There’s a very friendly atmosphere, food is very good and service is up to level. More than that, there is often vey good music as well. Emilio, the...charismatic owner, jumps to sing some old Italian classics and everybody at the table starts singing with him. And on a couple of occasions there were guest singers of high quality!! This place is memorableMore
Amazing food every time. Panna cotta is my favourite restaurant desert ever. A little piece of Italy in Asia, great ambiance and the owner is such a charismatic persona! Always greeting his guests and telling his story, I go back with friends as often as...I can.More
Typical Italian vibes & delicious italian food I was craving for Italian dishes during my stay at Manila, wasn’t expected to have such delicious pasta & Burrata. I meat the owner of this place he was so generous he offered me sachez chochotte cake originally...from Italy 🇮🇹 I had a wonderful time so touched with the restaurant owner’s love 💕 story and how he meats his beloved one 20 year back and decided to be with her & start his own restaurant in the heart of Makati.More
Best Italian Philippines We go there on Sunday and the best Italian restaurant All food is fresh and good experienced staff. Busy but do not need reservations. Pasta and steak excellent with a full bar and wine by the glass and recommended plenty of space
