We opted to go for food and ambience... We had the Prawn/Olio pasta and the Carbonara - my wife thoroughly enjoyed her Prawn pasta and scored it a 5/5; my Carbonara was good too and scored it a 4/5. Both were well cooked.. not rushed...- pasta was perfectly coated with flavor and spot on cooking. Dessert was an absolute winner for my wife with the Bailey's Souffle. Starter breads were fresh and tasty as was the dipping sauce. Service is good and ambience is lovely. On the whole - a lovely lunch experience.More

I hosted a birthday dinner at Chef Jessie last October. All these years Chef Jessie has been synonymous with consistency and quality. The food was the same and classic.

If you want good food and quality dining, this is the place. Their food is great here. A bit in the high price, but this is a high end restaurant.

My husband and I have been coming to Chef Jessie for years. In fact, even when we were not yet married, we would go on dates there. Can attest to its consistently topnotch quality in terms of food, service and overall experience. We've also held...special occasions here, including my parents' 50th anniversary, so it shows the level of trust we have in Chef Jessie and her team. Chef Jessie herself is very hands on and takes time to greet guests and make them feel welcome and special. My current favorite is the chestnut pork barbecue which could be considered a 'mainstay Filipino dish', but Chef Jessie has elevated it to fine dining with the use of chestnut pork, making it very tender and flavorful. Old items which are no longer on the menu can still be requested if the ingredients are available. Even my sister, who has strict dietary restrictions, can always find something that suits her since Chef Jessie and her team are so accommodating.More

Aside from the delicately- prepared, delectable dishes starting from the ciabatta with the homemade pate, the salad, soup, main course, palate cleanser and desserts—the well thought out menu line is a real delight during...our every visit. To cap it off, Chef Jessie, the owner always greet us with warmth and happy stories. Chef Jessie Restaurant at the Rockwell is a paragon!More

We went here with our friends for a traditional US thanksgiving dinner. We had 4 filipinos and their parters who are all from the US. It was an amazing dinner and outstanding service. The food was incredible and the ambiance was just excellent.
