I have a visitor from Arizona USA and craving for Dimsum and we were at New World Lobby wherein we set our meeting place late in the afternoon Tuesday Nov. 8 and we met Ms Lisa Alas she introduce herself that she is the Assistant...Manager at Front Desk of New World we ask her what restaurant in the hotel she can recommend to eat some Dimsum that my guest craving to eat and Ms Lisa Alas said that the hotel’s Jasmine Restaurant is the perfect place to dine and have some Dimsum and they have an all you can eat deal for dinner . So we went upstairs 2nd floor at Jasmine . After ate my guest love the place and ambience and he love all the food item selection for dimsum the food are all delicious and so yummy . I would like to commend Ms Lisa Alas and thank her for recommending Jasmine they have very good dimsum and definitely we will come back to New World Hotel and dine Ms Lisa Alas is a very nice , informative and helpful manager excellent superb customer service .More

The dinner with family and friends at Jasmine Restaurant in New World Hotel was a pleasant experience. They served authentic Chinese cuisine, but not pricey, we had a lot of surprises while dining. But what is so impressive with Marose and Jascha who served us...during the dinner are their warm and superb customer service. Food is excellent. Service is superb. Thank you Yumi and Pao for the detailed attention. You made the anniversary dinner of our grandparents special. We especially enjoyed the duck, two ways. The sweet and sour pork is another enjoyable dish. Will definitely return.

Our group of 19 dined in the Lotus Room of Jasmine Chinese Resto in New World Hotel. Good food & service is hard to come by but Jasmine Resto exceeded our expectations. We were served by 2 patient & quick servers- Harumi Sapinoso & Leah...Sabala. The food was impeccably cooked- tender, fresh & not over cooked. The kitchen knows how to make good Hakaw. Overall dining experience & ambiance was perfect!More

We decided to celebrate our monthsary at Jasmine and we just made a great decision. It was on a Friday, Sep 30, lunchtime, a perfect time to indulge ourselves to their unli dimsum. And yesss, we were so full, so satisfied with the foods. Almost...all the dishes are my favorites. Thank you for Marose, Leah and Sherlyn for attending us. They are so nice. They commonly say we've save the best for last. Our New World Hotel experienced was capped off with a sumptuous dinner at their Jasmine restaurant located at the 2nd floor of the hotel. Outside of Jasmine you'll immediately notice a simple yet striking signage. Upon...entering it was as if you were taken back in time with their displays of large chinese jars & wares. The main dining area was large as well.  It's like a big banquet that is ready to serve for a grand celebration. But with its exquisite ambiance & feels, people would expect quality authentic food & excellent service. But Jasmine did not disappoint us at all. Shoutout & stand out that night were Mam Jascha & Marose. Of course each of their staff were unique impressive in their own little ways as well but Jascha & Marose did way beyond their routine and duties and far exceeded our discerning expectations since we have a senior and a PWD ( yours truly) in our group. The Jesuit's word "Magis" was definitely evident that night as we enjoyed our dining experience on that last day in New World. We highly recommend to you guys to check out Jasmine restaurant if you are looking for an exquisite, pleasant  & elegant dining experience with family and friends. If you’re craving for Chinese food this is the place to go! Generous serving and great taste. Harbor shrimp, salted fish fried rice, efu noodles, among others. Excellent service by Jane and Lizelle. 😀

To quote my father-in-law, you don’t need to go to Hongkong to enjoy dimsum. You have an endless dimsum buffet here. The selection is a bit limited, but the quality is very good! The service is also excellent. It might get a bit crowded in...the weekend though.More

Serve by Ronver and Marose is great and excellent. Food was great and very accommodating servers. Will eat here again because of the good food and also great service made by the staff in the restaurant

The servers were very accommodating and helpful with food suggestions. We went on a payday and we were expecting a huge crowd. However, we were pleasantly surprised that the place was organized and food came earlier than promised. The food was great per usual. We...highly recommend the beef tenderloin chinese style and taro puff. Only downside was that the corkage increased significantly. From 1 peso per ml, it’s now 1500. Overall, great experience!More
