Amazing 😉 what an absolute pleasure to eat here, you get the best of all worlds here, and the best of everything food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, you could try and find things wrong with this place but you would be searching for a very long...time and you would still come up empty-handed. This is a must Visit restaurantMore

I have been staying at Makati, Shangri-La for about 8 months now. The overall buffet spread is great and the Indian dishes taste great! 'Kuldeep Gupta' one of the chefs at this hotel, deserves a special mention, as he is always attentive and takes great...care of the guests. He is always looking to improve the overall experience for the guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.More

Not bad , but very expensive for what you get. Food was not bad , but the considering the huge bill i would expect better food.

Thanks for making my Lola's celebration truly worthwhile. Every item in the buffet is excellent. Very cozy ambiance, and the server (esp. Ms. Belle) is so friendly and alert. One of the services we've got. Thank you, Team Circles :-)

we love dining in the fancy hotels and this one even beats the nearby penninsula. both are excellent with a good staff and great location but the great selection of different quisines makes this one come out on top. they even have dishes from india...that taste excellent.More

I have been to this restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner many times and for many years. It surprised me tonight with a fresh tasty colorful tomato salad. A must try!

We were very disappointed with the breakfast. It’s really true, the first impression it’s all the matter in the guest experience. We arrived at the hostess stand and requested a table for three by the window. She did not even acknowledge us but said please...stand on the side and someone will assist you. This other terrible lady arrives and without paying attention to us just asked us to follow. When we noticed that she was not bringing us to a window table we asked her and she said with a rude tone “no more window tables” So we went back to the hostess who assigned us to a window table and finally got it. The buffet was not refilled, a lot of people crowded and stations and sanitation..::OMG......dirty and not at all up to a five star hotel!! Then we asked for freashly squeezed orange jimuice explaining that we don’t want it if it is not freshed. The waitress confirmed that it was fresh. She brought us three glasses with bottled non fresh orange juice./.another disappointment. I went back to see if they had replaced watermelon in the buffet but not yet unfortunately. So I asked one of the buffet attendants when she would replenish and she answer “wait for a while”....I was so upset and disappointed and asked to bring it to the table....please see the picture of what we got . The best part is the bill....4347 PHP (almost 100 Usd for three....crazy for this bad service. Last but not least...for personal experience I know Shangri-La la makati does not hire people with braces as this is a communication barrier with the guest interaction. I think that many of the people working here today yes they did not wear braces but believe they had no smile, no guest interaction, no focus on guest experience!!!! X on this property!More

Buffet has lots of options, meaty western stuff, sushi, desert. Some of it is a bit cold though, they need to turn up the heating pads, who wants cold ribs?

Varies between P1000 to P1500. The sea food specials are the most expensive but well worth the price. Lobster, mussels clams Large shrimp. Eat all you can. Highly recommended.
