Lunch stop before proceeding to Camp Netanya

The food was very good and value for money. Servings are big so be careful not to over order especially if you get more than one dish. You have to order the bulalo and crispy pata. If you have kids get them french fries while waiting for the food. Their leche flan with ube was very good.

Do NOT eat here if you are in a hurry

This is the second time that we ate here. first was during holy week 2023 (waited for almost an hour to be served).. But it still the same! food tastes good, priced fairly. But the service SUCKS. I had to follow up the waiter for our iced tea three times.. for our desserts leche flan and ube leche for more than 2 times.. When we were given the desserts, they didn’t gave us utensils and dessert plates so I had to ask the waiter. The service is sooooo slow. Last issue was I asked for a written official receipt, the waiter even asked for my name and TIN. then when my change was returned, they gave me the machine printed receipt which was so blurred. So I had to go to the cashier and i was told that she wasn’t informed by the waiter that I was asking for the written receipt. I think the waiters should undergo more training. To remember the orders and special requests and to move faster especially during peak hours.

Stressful Experience 😭

Worst Restaurant Service! After 1.5 hours ng paghihintay, dun lang sinabi samin na wala yung order namin. we believe, namiss nila yung order namin. The staff/crew are masusungit - not accommodating. hindi makausap ng ayos. Walang water naghintay pa kami, naubusan din sila ng utensils, wala din tissue and to think ang hirap pa magrequest sa kanila tapos ang daming wala. Super stressful. Hindi na kami babalik ng family ko.

Terrible Food

Location is great,However the food is terrible.We order pansit bihon and chicken wings,Pansit bihon topping na chicharon ay luma( makunat) .Service is very bad.

Worst Grill/Resto in the Philippines

Quite possibly the worst Grill/Resto I have ever been to anywhere in the Philippines. Service was slow. Very slow. Took 20 minutes from ordering a beer to getting a beer and even then had to chase them. They were not even busy at this point. Beer was warm, even for the Philippines. I have rarely had what I would call a cold beer by European standards out here but this place seemed like they were taking them straight out of the crate. The food was absolutely atrocious. The binalot meals were not warm at all. They forgot to put the atchara on them too. The meat was just a few small pieces , very poor quality and mostly bone . Also very dry. Their fries came out stone cold. After much debate with the server they were taken away to be replaced - another 20 minute wait. They weren't to a new batch but quite clearly the same ones refried. Overall a very poor experience in what was - 5 years ago - a very reasonable place. Summary - don't bother. There are many better options in Batangas City that cost a lot less and have significantly higher quality food

Never fails to impress me with its food. Best grill in Batangas city. Large halls to accomodate guests and patrons. Spacious parking spaces. Great food and great value for money.

The food was very good even if it seems normal, and the staff is very accommodating, and something I noticed is it is very clean. The prices are good if you're eating with family and friends. Definitely showcases filipino-spanish cuisines

Nice place but there's room for improvement

We came here with family visiting from Manila during the New Year's lunch. Setup is nice and welcoming, staff members were attentive. I think it took longer for our order to be delivered but it was okay since we were enjoying our family chat (nice ambiance have contributed to that). The Seafood Platter was okay, Bulalo was great, and the kids liked the chicken lollipop (not sure if they call it that way). I hoped they used a bit more natural seasoning for the Sinigang na Bangus (as it seemed to me they used too much of the artificial mix). We had to send back the Pinaputok na Tilapia to make it well done (we ended up taking it out). I can't remember if we ordered something else (the bill was Php3500+ for 5 adults and 3 kids. They need to consider changing their Iced Tea blend, we had 2 pitchers and we consumed almost half only of each since its bland. One of us ordered Mango Shake and it was nice, got another order but it was not as nice as the other. We liked the setup of the restrooms-nice and clean and could be IG worthy for some. For smaller groups recommended to use the cottage type tables. Space is open air but its nice at you'll love the breeze. They do have a closed area with A/C for functions/events. Lots of parking spaces. Just along the highway, really easy to find. Despite some issues mentioned here, we generally enjoyed our meal/experience. We will be back and try other menu offerings. I hope when we come back we will have a nicer experience. Thank you!

Disappointing

Went to Batangas City for a leisure trip with loved ones. Came across this restaurant through several apps...so we went. Arrived a little past 8pm on a Sunday. Scanned the menu and found quite of number of options that interested us. First, we ordered for Sinigang na Hipon (Shrimp in sour tamarind soup) — not available. Only option was the Pork kind. Second, we asked for their SEAFOOD Platter — again, not available. Being at a loss, considering they’re a SEAFOOD Restaurant (or so we thought), we ended up agreeing on getting GRILLED fish (Pinaputok na Tilapia), which was available BUT after 45 minutes. We ended up heading back to our hotel to feast. They should rename their joint to Butch Restaurant instead.
