We met a Filipino at another restaurant. When we told him where we lived he said "you have to try Amare, it is the very best in Baguio. This restaurant is close to where we stay so we went over for a late lunch not expecting much. WOW! We were blown away. This is the best pizza we have had in Philippines and the ribs were amazingly meaty, tender and tasty. We will definitely come back here, in fact, we will eat the take away for dinner!

Good but Not as good as san juan branch

I love amare in san juan, the original here in baguio is good but lacks the ambiance and location and staff need a little more training. We had pizza and pasta. The pepperoni pizza was incredible as normal. The bbq pulled pork seemed to lack pulled pork and instead seemed to have pork fat sliced on it and was ok but had a strange consistency. The pasta with sardines was great. The frito platter went down well. Drinks order was partially forgotten despite the number of staff standing around the pizza oven chatting. Service seemed quite disjointed, but other than that it was a decent meal

Love the pizza

Had the Pizza Con Prosciutto, Insilata Di Pollo, and the Al Arrabiatta, everything was so delicious. Would have wanted to order the dessert but we were full, so next on our next trip. I’m sure all the pizzas are good since it’s cook in a traditional wood fired brick oven. Will be back definitely.

Worst Service @ Amare Microtel branch

Worst service ever. If only there is 0 star rating for the Amare Microtel branch. We had to wait for hours to be served our main course and the rest of the dishes all because the captain order fell or went missing (or did it). But, the wait staff should have checked our table when there was only the salad plate served for a table of four (good thing our fifth was a no show and was spared from the horrible ordeal). Nalipasan na ng gutom mga kiddos and the manager had the nerve to come to our table and say, I will give you nalang the entire meal for free since we have budget naman for such incidents/complaints. Gosh! It was like adding insult to injury like what the hell, I didn't come to eat for free, I came to enjoy the food and service that they so called are famous for. The receipt we were given were just a piece of paper handwritten along with a voucher. Dang, this place is so overrated!

Terrible customer service

Very poor customer service. I ordered pizzas and pastas online for my family. The resto took my order via IG, but did not confirm my order. I kept calling them via IG and FB to confirm my order, but nobody answered. It was like this for over an hour, without me knowing if the meal I ordered for my family would show up. I asked for their number and they kept deflecting, not wanting me to call them. I finally got the manager on the line, and he just made excuses. The food, which isn't affordable, is not worth the trouble of dealing with them. I'm never ordering from this resto again, and I suggest people look to the pasta or pizza restos in Baguio that actually have good food AND service.

Best for pizza

This Italian restaurant is located out of town close to some of Baguio's major tourist attractions, such as the Botanical Gardens, The Mansion and Wright Park. Probably the most popular Italian restaurant in Baguio City, it is always busy, particularly at weekends. The crowds speak for themselves: the food is excellent. Wood fired pizza ovens turnout authentic fare and pasta dishes are just as popular. Get there early if you want to eat.

Mushroom and truffle soup for P220 is actually KNORR Cream of mushroom! I should have just cooked at home. The Aglio Oglio is BLAND...No parmesan cheese.. I put some salt but all I tasted is salt... Peri peri version is far better. I wont recommend this resto in Paseo. P482.00 is definitely not worth it.

The accommodating nature of the staff at Amare La Cucina truly impressed me. Snappy ung mga staff and mababait which made the entire dining experience delightful. I highly recommend this pizza place to anyone seeking not only great food but also a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere.

Amare la Cucina is an Italian cuisine restaurant located in the Baguio City. Upon entering the restaurant, you can't help but notice the cozy ambiance and the friendly staff that greets you at the door. The menu is extensive with a great selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The dishes are freshly prepared with the finest ingredients, and the flavors are exquisite. The highlight of the menu is definitely the pasta dishes and steaks, which are cooked to perfection and are bursting with flavor. The service is impeccable, with attentive servers who provide excellent recommendations. Overall, Amare la Cucina is a must-visit restaurant for any Italian food lover.

It’s best here to be with friends. They even offer guests pizza making which helps us experience making our own pizzas. Service was very exceptional. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating, they are very observant, our waiter noticed that there is a mistake on our order but they immediately took action to it and apologized immediately.

Great tasting and enjoyable foods, staff that were pleasant and attentive and left feeling full and satisfied. The unexpected experience of throwing my pizza dough, adding the toppings and placing it in the wood fire to cook....was a particularly nice touch for a visitor from Australia. Top marks and great experience.

Great Italian Find in Baguio

The place offers authentic Italian cuisine, they have a great selection of pizza, pasta and entree. What is great about this restaurant is that kids can also enjoy and experience making their own pizza. Lastly, they have a great service and Sir Rojie Torio was also very helpful, accommodating and attentive to the needs of the guests.

First time to eat here and it is indeed one of the best :) The ambiance is great and the food is really good!!! We ordered their Pinoy Boy Pizza (one of their best sellers), Oven-baked pasta and Chicken. We will definitely go back to taste the other dishes here in Amare :)

Amare LA Cucina revisited

Our first trip back to Baguio since the pandemic, we decided to take the family to Amare for pizza and pasta. Tried a lot more dishes this time. For pizza we had pepperoni, Quattro formaggi with spinach, and the Hawaiian. Pepperoni and Hawaiian were OK, the Quattro formaggi was delicious. The best pizza I've had in the Philippines. If you have read my past review, I am not fond of the pizza in the Philippines. In addition to the pizzas we had their lasagna, which was very good, and the carbonara was great. We also tried the Marrianna's salad, which was fantastic. I also tried one of their in house beers, I had the macadamia, it was really good. The mint tea they serve is also tasty, but very sweet. I had to cut it with water.

This spot is great for individuals who enjoys quiet places. Their services are very accommodating, especially their waiters. In terms of timeliness of food, their serving time is also fast, which is a plus points for us customers.
