We always go back to Hill Station whenever we can. The last time was with my family and even if we waited for almost 2 hours because we did not expect that the restaurant was packed on weekend after the storm, we still enjoyed the...food.More

We chose this restaurant to celebrate a family event. It was full on a weekday, but we were given a good table since we made advance reservations. Elegant old world ambience. Very attentive service. Roast beef, callos and Hill Station salad were good. Paella was...ok. They also have a store where we bought the salad dressing for pasalubong (gift). We had a lovely celebration.More

Foods very good. We ordered paella negra and valencia. Both were very good. The bistek was ok, but our favorites were caesar salad, sisig, and lengua. The kare kare was ok too. We liked the food and very glad we came here for lunch. Best...to come off time like 2pm.More

It's getting busier and busier in Baguio City though a dinner for two at Hill Station is a must. The roast beef is a superb. They got a selection of fine wine.

A great restaurant to try with your family and friends. They have a great staff and great food too! I suggest trying their caesar salad as they had the best I have tried.

Venue, service, and food were all excellent. On our final night in Baguio (a Thursday) we decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner and chose Hill Station based on the menu, website, and the other reviews here on TripAdvisor. We made reservations for 6:30pm...and the staff were more than accommodating to move us to a table further from the windows when my dad felt the cooler Baguio evening air was just a tad too much for him. The wait staff were great, and happily answered my parents requests throughout the evening for extra sides, or to find out what other tables were having. Prices were reasonable, and portions were just right. We ordered a few starts and 3 mains, with some drinks, and they all arrived in a timely manner. The mango sans rival was a great way to end dinner. This particular evening there was live piano accompaniment to dinner. A great evening in a historic hotel, and definitely will come back again on our next Baguio trip, and pick up some pasalubong from the front shop area.More

First time I went to this place was kind of confusing. The lady told us that we need to have booking to be able to dine in. I thought, what? Anyway, we were still able to get in even if we didn't have a booking....I also went back here for breakfast with a friend, and we both loved the food. Overall, it's a great experience!More

This place gives really good vibes. This is a proper restaurant so they serve not much. You can call it proper dining, so their price is understandable for me. Their services are actually good. I would definitely recommend you come here, especially for couples.

This restaurant do have a cozy ambience because of its huge windows and old woody interior design. However I was not impress with their service. This restaurant is promoting fine dining experience , they even have this signage infront of the restaurant "we appreciate if...you come with your proper attire" . During my first visit we ordered soup, hillstation salad (👍) for appetizer, seafood thai curry (disappointed because its lacking that authentic thai curry hint) , yogurt marinated chix kebab (👍average) for entreè, cortado/black coffee and mini basque burnt cheesecake (👍) for dessert. Then here comes the service, they served the appetizers first (👍) however, when we were done with our appetizers crew was just passing by beside us many times and seeing our plates were empty and no one even bothered to asked if we are ready for our main course. So I initiated the call, crew just collected the plates (no words) then here comes the main course, served and repeat. Even for paying our bill, they just placed it on the table and walked away. So I thought maybe its just a busy hour Lunch Time ( well not an excuse for a restaurant that promoting fine dining). Second visit, dinner at 8pm. most of the dishes in their menu was not available already (callos, legua, mahi-mahi, etc) so we end up just ordering soup, gambas (avarage), paella negra ( good) , 2 glasses of wine (staff is not well knowledgeable with their product) and 2 NY cheesecake (good) . At this time, crowd is less but guess what... still the same service. This restaurant need to train their staff, they are lacking on customer service and fine dining etiquette for servers. Its kinda rude at some point because they are just placing food on the table with no table arrangement (take your own order kinda thing) everything on the table. No initiative on asking who ordered .... ? Then serve. None..More

A great spot that we accidentally passed by after a massage in the same place. The quaint ambience sort of time warps you to a Somewhere in Time movie plot... but that's another story. The food is awesome - we had beers while waiting. We...ordered Paella Valenciana and Steak and Salmon - we had a great time! The staff are friendly and the place is very cozy - elegant. We will visit again for sure.More

Hill Station is a Baguio institution in terms of food. If old-world vibe is your thing, this restaurant will make you happy. The staff were polite and the food, very good. You might also want to try their mango chutney and salsa monja which are...for sale. Yesterday, our caesar salad was not prepared table-side perhaps because the place was too full. Parking, just like anywhere in this part of Baguio, is a <insert profanity>.More

Reservations are essential. The servings are not huge but the food is very good. The roasted salmon was perfect - juicy and tender. The adlai and anchovy (lenten special) was also great - crunchy and flavorful. Worth another visit to try their other dishes

One of the best restaurants in town. Located close to SM, when visiting Baguio this is a must stop. We eat there twice. The first time service took a while because it was busy for long weekend vacationers. But worth the wait. Recommended to reserve...a table. The second time was during weekdays and service was prompt and quick. The food is excellent. Onion soup....beef...pasta. Many choices. All accompanied by a nice beer. For a group of 4, prepare to pay 4000-5000More
