We stopped in for dinner on a wet night. The restaurant has a nice, slightly old world feel to it. The ceilings are very high which gives it an airy feeling.
There is quite a variety of cuisines on the menu but unfortunately my first...choice of main course was "out of stock".
We only had a main course each and what really surprised us was how quickly the dish was served. It was almost too quick as we were still enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail when the main course was served it felt like only 5 minutes after placing the order. An exaggeration I accept but it was the quickest I've think I've ever had a dish served.
The staff were very friendly and this was good value for money.More
Beautiful restaurant! Servers and staff were polite and professional. Food was excellent! Love how they still prepare your ceasar salad table side. Try their paella, highly recommended! Will definitely return.
This is my super favorite restaurant in Baguio City. They offer a wide selection of food and ny favorite is seafood thai curry! You can’t also leave without tasting their cheesecake and the famous death by chocolate! Super love this restaurant! My only choice in...Baguio City. ❤️More
My very first time eating here. My sister and I had a bet and fortunately I won lol. It was my choice of restaurant and since almost everyone I know in Baguio raves about Hill Station, I guess it’s a no brainer.
Got there and...we were greeted warmly buy the staff. We had a reservation so we were seated promptly. There’s 14 of us in our group (including 3 young kids)
Everyone was saying try this try that but orders were individual plates. I decided to order the famous lengua and tomato pumpkin soup. Others ordered seafood carbonara, Salpicao, Paella, salmon, lechon kawali. OMG!!!!! The food here is DELICIOUS! The lengua is very tender. The lechon kawali, so crispy! The Salpicao cooked medium rare with just the perfect amount of butter and garlic. The paella! Omg! Just order it and taste it yourself, it’s better than any paella we had in Spain! Really!!!
You can tell that ingredients used are really good quality because the taste and texture are absolutely on point. I’m very particular with Filipino food because I love to cook too! And yes, I was fortunate to taste everyone’s food.
Would I return here! ABSOLUTELY!More
We weren’t sure whether to try an old favorite or something new. The old favorite win and we did not regret it.
After so many years and so many visits this place never disappoints. Always with a good crowd, service is not perfect but adequate....But the food was great!!!
Caesar salad is superb;
The Seafood curry delicious; and,
The Lechon Kawali a hit.
We shall definitely return!!!
When in Baguio, please do have dinner there.More
I am surprised this restaurant isn’t higher on the list at TripAdvisor. This is the best meal I’ve had in Baguio so far. The dining hall is really pleasant, cozy somewhat formal. The food was very good. And the service was good by the standards...here.More
