Peppercorns Restaurant, Nizwa - Restaurant Reviews, Phone Number & Photos

We have eaten at this restaurant on at least four occasions, we discovered it by chance on our very first visit back in 2020, and now our visit to Nizwa is never complete without our regular visit here. This establishment is more like a canteen,...but can just scrapes-in to the restaurant category, BUT BUT BUT what it lacks in décor, it more than compensates in food... The venue is clean, more importantly everything on the menu is delicious, cooked fresh to perfection... my personal favourite is the half-piece grill chicken with salad, nan-bread and trimmings all for a very modest OMR 1.90 (US$ 5), the potion size is massive and really great value for money. We have never been disappointed with the food options whilst visiting and eating here, even my wife who is vegetarian, and usually struggles to find good food, can usually find some to eat. If visiting Nizwa well worth going to eat there you will not be disappointed!More

Our advice: try the special oven meat!

Having dinner here was good decision. We were looking around for a small dinner after a long day. What we received was a delicious, handmade and perfect spiced oven meat and chicken.

Good Indian Restaurant

Very clean and cool interior. Friendly waiter and good food. A little bit out of Nizwa centre on the highway but ample outside parking.

Nice Resturant in Nizwa

Nice restaurant with excellent atmosphere. Very clean and organised professionally. Food is very tasty and fresh. One of the best in Nizwa to visit with family, French or business.

Excellent

We can recommend this Restaurant. Food is excellent and the prices low. Stuff helpful and very friendly. Indian dishes as they have to be and a great variety. The interior is great and clean. We did it 5 Times in a row and it was...everytime delicious. Thanks to the stuff of Peppercorns.More

Decent

Place is a little bit shabby but the food was pretty good, chicken tikka masala nice and decent bread. Didn't enjoy the rice at all though, tasted musty like it was old. Reasonable price and staff friendly.

Good Food, Good Staff, Acceptable ambiance, Well in budget

Very nice restaurant with good food, Let it be south Indian or north Indian dishes, it all is prepared well. Food is tasty yet well in budget. Ambiance and cleanliness is also acceptable. It is a family restaurant with a allocated space for families.

Great food on a budget

We were staying next door and went in to have lunch it was very sparse decor with a lot of locals eating there. We had really good Indian food well cooked and the two meals were less than AUD10 or around 3 RO. Does vegetarian...meals wich is always a relief from the Arab meat based food. Recommend this restaurantMore

Simply awesome

Every time we have visited this place we are impressed by the delicacies they put up. Kerala at its best. We ordered beef chilly. King fish fry is yum. Roti n dal fry is simply superb. See which cuisine you want and go for it....You will never be disappointedMore
