We decided to try something a bit more upmarket so visited here on a recommendation. We weren't disappointed. A bit off the beaten track but well worth finding. The food was cooked in view so was very fresh. Had a fish dish that I had...not sampled before, it was very tasty. Slightly more expensive than what we had been eating but this is Vietnam so we didn't break the bank. Well worth finding.More

A friend of mine who recently visited Hoi An recommended this place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. So I visited for dinner with my family. The setting was divine, so beautiful and tranquil. And the food was delicious, some...of the best we've had in Vietnam so far. Unfortunately they didn't have a lot of the dishes on offer as they said they might have to close soon for 2 weeks due to the virus, but even despite that we still had an excellent meal. I highly recommend the mixed spring roll and summer roll platter. Plus all 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our mains. Definitely recommend checking out if you have time. It's a little more expensive than nearby places but but worth it.More

Once again this restaurant excelled in service , wine and food. This never fails to impress, whether it's their excellent wine list, the range of food, or the service delivered by Mr Tom Bui. His recommendation last night of Pork Ribs ( which they say...has not enough meat on the bone , believe me there is plenty ) was soft ,tender and delicious , along with the small but tasty salad, to the seafood platter...... Yum !! After 15 years they continue to Deliver excellence.More

What a beautiful little Gem! It is very hidden away so you do need to really look for it but it is so worth it. A gorgeous setting in a lovely little garden. The staff are so friendly and our food was delicious. Cau lau...noodles for myself. Chicken rice for my husband. Both cooked beautifully. Prices were extremely reasonable. Our favourite meal so far in Hoi An.More

Secret Garden was one of our favorite dining experiences in Vietnam. We came here both for dinner and for lunch. It’s certainly not traditional Vietnamese dishes and is a little pricier than other options, but so delicious. The dinner menu is more of a fusion...menu. My husband had the duck which he raved about. I had the beef with three sauces (or something like that). Lunch is a bit more traditional Vietnamese fare. We had the curry with chicken wings and chicken rice. Everything was amazing, including the cocktails and fresh juices. The staff were very friendly and even remembered us when we came back. It’s set back from the busy streets in a little alley way in a beautiful garden setting. A little hard to find but worth it.More

This gem of a restaurant is down a small alley way. If we didn’t walk pass it with our guide earlier in the day, think we might have struggled to find it! Definitely worth searching for. The crab and mango salad was delicious and the...crab was cracked open for us at the table. Pretty setting for a romantic evening. Tom was a great server, thanks.More

A walk down a little alley way takes you to this beautiful restaurant. The garden and design is amazing, a visual feast for the eyes, with all the elements combined to perfection to create a harmonious space. So much thought has gone into every detail,...even the wash basins are a feature. Staff are warm, friendly and professional and it was just lovely when one of the waitresses recognised us from three years ago. Now for the food, even better than we remember, this is our 6th visit to Hoi An over 13 years, the chicken with canola sauce was packed with flavours and my husband loved his orange duck, meals beautifully presented with generous servings and yes we did have dessert lychee cheesecake and passion fruit mousse so so good. We definitely will be returning this holiday to enjoy another special evening of dining.More

Great setting in a secret garden, we were a group of 20 having a set menu decided by us with the manager. Top quality food at a very reasonable price. The manager even sang a song for our birthday girl. Highly recommend for a quality...evening.More

I read your response to my review. I find it sarcastic and rude, and I am shocked to see that a business can speak to it's customers in this way. The response seems to imply that this is not the first time I have visited and reviewed the restaurant; "you again Chris". I assure you that I and my "little Vietnamese girlfriend' have never been to your restaurant before. (We live in the south of Vietnam.) We stumbled on your restaurant by accident. The prices I am comparing are those which I am used to paying, and the opinion about the taste of the prawns was that of my girlfriend. Although I will now definitely tell people not to come to your restaurant, I want to know why you think it is appropriate to send a rude and sarcastic response to a customer who gave a truthful and objective opinion about your establishment.
