Fingers leaking food and breath taking view

I had lunch with family, The environment was totally safe as all the employees were hanging badges (I am vaccinated) and you can't enter the restaurant before checking temperature and sanitizing your hands. That put us at comfort. The employees were so professional yet warm and friendly especially Mr Rammah who served us. +++ he was good with my kid. The view was amazing too, right on the beach, we sat in the terrace facing the Mediterranean sea, the white sand and the turquoise water. The food was amazingly delicious, beautiful presentation and tasty. As starters I had the seafood platter, yummy. As main course I had the delicious spaghetti seafood, a dish you die for, so delicious, I couldn't stop eating even though I was full. Simply fingers leaking. Big thank to the chef. The prices were very reasonable for such beautiful restaurant by the beach and such delicious fresh seafood. I absolutely recommend it 👌 Big Thanks to Mr Rammah and to the chef. Everything was 🥰 perfect.

Great value Good quality

Been here on 2 occasions once in Jan and once in Feb. Always quite quiet which is always alarming but never had a bad meal. Had pasta with squid one time and seafood platter for 2 second time. Both delicious and both good value.

impressed with seafood

The restaurant was almost empty at around 7:45 with only one other table with two people (and that's how it was the whole time). We thought this strange, having read such good reviews. However, it must just have been because it was a bit out of season. As is normal in Tunisia, we were brought some nibbles gratis, such as harrisa, salad and olives with bread. We ordered a sea food platter for two and found it very good. The only negative points were that we were expecting some chips, rice, salad, etc to come with the dish but there was only seafood, We asked for some rice and this was brought in less than five minutes, so that was fine (and they didn't charge for the rice). The platter consisted of maybe 40% squid and cuttlefish, which was a bit too much, even though it was tasty and well cooked. However, I can understand seasonal variations might account for this. There was also a bowl of moules mariniere, four large prawns and a small whole fish - all cooked to perfection. For most people I think this would be enough for 3, and we asked to take what we couldn't eat, home - which they kindly obliged. At 110 dinars, we thought this quite reasonable. We had a bottle of local white wine, which was very good, and this was served in an ice bucket. Service was good though ambience average because of lack of other diners. We want to try it one lunchtime as there are tables outside on a terrace facing the beach.

Excellent seafood!

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner last night. We had a seafood platter to start and then I had grilled octopus and my boyfriend had steak. The seafood is exceptional! Cooked to perfection, lovely and tender, not chewy at all. The chips were also very nice. We had a lovely red wine as well (middie of the menu, starts with a J!) And complimentary lemon sorbet, which was a lovely touch. Price was good value for the food we had and the staff were very professional. Highly recommended if you like seafood.

What a find!

Walking along the beach we imagined we would have a pizza or something at one of the many shacks. We spotted the Golden Fish with its beautiful tablecloths and thought we would give it a try. The food was delicious and great value in a lovely sophisticated environment. Having arrived via the beach we had no idea of the beautiful restaurant that is inside. Would def visit again.

Lovely beachfront restaurant

We visited here on our last night in Tunisia on the recommendation of another couple in our hotel and were incredibly disappointed we had not found it sooner. Views were great and I would imagine if it had been day time even better as right on the beach. We had some great steaks and the guys there were incredibly helpful! Would 100% recommend!! The seafood looked to die for but unfortunately we didn’t try it. When we were leaving the guys called us a taxi rather than having to flag one which was such a lovely extra touch. Worth every penny and as everywhere in Tunisia very cheap!!

Beautiful!

Really enjoyed our meal out here. Sat right on the beach front. We ordered the steak and it was cooked beautifully! Even gave us a free ice cream dessert. Brilliant customer service, surprised it was so quiet.

Lovely lunch

We called in at lunch time and I had Salmon and the husband had steak in mushroom sauce. Best Salmon I have tasted and husband was more than happy with his steak. Lovely decor, nice staff and a sea view.

Big portion of food

Order fish soup and pasta. Very flavourful and big portion of food however need more seasoning. Good ambience and well maintain restaurant.

Food was fine but nothing special. I did not like cats who are circle around my table like hungry sharks. Price much lower than in Europe for thaht kind of food.

Very nice food. The people are lovely. They are doing their job very well. The food quality is wonderful. I can assure you that you cannot eat like there anywhere in Tunisia.

Very good food.
