About
Located in the Ritz Carlton Hotel above the Marina with a breathtaking view of the open sea as far as the horizon. The restaurant is designed with clean lines and a relaxed atmosphere with an open kitchen is a part of the open hall. The menu offers an authentic kosher chef's kitchen based on meals from the Mediterranean Basin region with an emphasis on local quality products. Herbert Samuel Herzliyya has won the Time Out Award for the best kosher restaurant in Israel for two consecutive years. A sister to the Herbert Samuel Restaurant in Jerusalem.

We wanted to love it, but we just didn't. Very sexy looking food - but many of the dishes we had (shared quite a few with another couple) were not hot out of the kitchen and the flavors did not hit the right notes with...More

The restaurant is quite nice and the menu shows a lot of innovation. The food was indeed excellent. Unfortunately the service is not at the same level, but I highly recommend the place. Good wine list.

I took my wife for dinner for her birthday. We ordered the beef tartare and seared tuna to start followed by the Beef Chateau (500g) to share. Instead of potatoes we asked for a side salad. The starters were very tasty but the portions were...More

Everything was perfect. We were there on Passover and we couldn't even tell. The one negative is that everything is quite expensive. I especially recommend the lamb chops.

Any restaurant like this has to be compared to other Kosher establishments. Don't get me wrong as this is a very good restaurant regardless of whether it is Kosher or not, but for a Kosher restaurant, it is almost unparalleled! We keep Kosher, so telling...More

The food is excellent. The breakfasts served are extensive and the service is great. The buts are that it is quite expensive and at dinner time the noise level is very high making conversation difficult

Dined there today as a gift from family for our 40th wedding anniversary. Excellent food, the best we’ve eaten in Israel. Very pleasant staff and nice to see that the soup was actually heated in a saucepan as opposed to a microwave and the salad...More
