Delicious food and waiters are very friendly, the menu is variated. Price is average. The "Posta Cartagenera" is excellent. My son enjoyed so much the dessert "Napoleon"

This restaurant is located across the street from San Felipe’s Castle. They serve traditional food, specially fish. We tried the Sierra frita and the largo sudado. They come with coconut rice and patacón. The food is absolutely delicious. The place is not fancy but they...have live music. The singer sings just like Gilberto Santarosa!!!! Prices are within the range for Cartagena.More

Went before visiting the castle right across the street. Amazing fresh (lite) fried Mojarra! This place is worth a visit - and it has cool artwork too...

This restaurant is right across Castillo San Felipe. A few steps to the corner, and a little away from all the commotion at the Castillo entrance. Restaurant is generally ok, nothing fancy. Food was a little above average, fresh made to order. Be prepared to...pay for every item you ask for, even the cream to dip the “tostones”. Generally is ok. They take credit cards as well.More

We went here for lunch today after being to the castle across the road. The food we ordered was lovely. However, from the moment we entered no attention was given to us,we had to wait and awkwardly stare to get somebody to take our order....There were no hellos, thank you or goodbyes. Basically no words were spoken to us at all. This is the first time we have experienced this in the whole of Colombia. It was such a shame. Being polite goes such a long way. We wouldn't go back or recommend to friends we are travelling with becaude of the customer service, very poor.More

This place is just one of my favorite places in town. I have to go anytime i go to Cartagena. The neighborhood is safe and close to the old city. i love their food, is really good. If you are planning to spend a good time with your friends, family or your favorite person, then... this is the place. Prices are fear.More

My friends and I had a really great meal at La Colonia... there were a lot of traditional Colombian items on the menu that we had tried at other places but everything we tried here was a little more flavourful and delicious. The food is...clearly prepared by someone who is more of a chef than a cook. My steak was INCREDIBLE. Also, our table had an amazing view of Cartagena's fort, which was beautifully lit up at night. It was a great evening for us. Highly recommended.More

while in port here in Cartagena we ventured out to the Old City and explored around the sites. We walked down the road outside the clock tower towards the Fort and stumbled onto this place along the way. We love to sample the local fare...and decided this was our place. It is a small quaint place with almost all locals inside (only us otherwise). Their menu was in Spanish and English so it made it easy to know what you were getting if you do not speak Spanish. The food was Awesome, and Very reasonably priced! My wife and I could not have been more pleased and we are so glad we stopped in!More
