This is for sure one of the best desserts we’ve ever tasted! This restaurant is opened by a Japanese couple who is extremely friendly and really seem to love what they do! We ordered shaved ice with mango, banana and dragon fruit. The ice is...milky and sweet but not too sweet, and the fresh fruit and fresh fruit sauce perfectly complements it, it was super yummy! The owner even gave us some pepper and cashew nuts to try and after trying we couldn’t help but to buy a few bags, It was amazingly delicious! In the midst of COVID-19, most businesses are closed or not making profit, despite the crisis, the owner remains open for their staff and welcomed us with such a positive and friendly attitude! And despite the hardship, he still gave us a discount… we really appreciate it and we will definitely come back when we visit Siem Reap again!!! This venue is the best spot where to treat yourself with amazing desserts and fruit shakes. Owned by a lovely Japanese couple and their 11 cats, you need to try the delicious charcoal pancake served with homemade ice-cream and macha sauce. This is a masterpiece...of dessert. If you go for the shake option, I recommend their 3 fruits mix (passion banana mango) or their very unctuous cashew nut shake. Extremely clean and welcoming! A must try for all gourmands and gourmets !More
