Ann Arbor does not seem to be a great place for food - Sava's is decent but not spectacular. Portion sizes are small. My salad was not very fresh. Does not open for breakfast until 9am (what is that about?)More

The place is very pretty - super nice bar area. We went during “move in week” so it was very busy - would like to go back during a regular time and I may like it better. The menu is kind of boring - few...More

Have wanted to visit Sava's for some time given the positive reviews. Moreover, given this place usually has a wait, I figured it had to be good, and in some respects it was, but what I don't understand is why a restaurant that offers vegan...More

High quality locally sourced food. Turkey burger is fantastic! Made fresh daily with flavorings mixed into the meat. Topped with a fig mixture. Yum! Michigan cherry salad was delicious. Large beer, wine and spirit selection. Lots of seating. Service was sketchy. Ordered side of vegetables...More

Family dragged me in. Upscale pretention, but well the food was quite good. I don't like formality and this place is not quite formal, but well its not laid back. If they toned it down, it could be inviting to all. That said, we had...More

I have been to Savas plenty of times. It is a pretty good meal and decent place to go when in Ann Arbor. I believe it might be slightly overrated, but it is reasonably priced and has a fairly good menu.

The food, atmosphere, and service have been top-notch every time. Unique and creative menu with lots of options. Fun for lunch, dinner, and brunch. Great cocktails and decent wine menu.

Walked in on Sunday at 6:15 and waited at the bar for 15 minutes for a table. At the bar we were pleasantly surprised by Sava's Sunday half price bottle of wine special, but the cocktails on the menu were so appealing that it was...More

I ate at Sava's for the first time - a breakfast. The food was very good - I recommend the Avocado toast. Others in the party had the belgian waffle, which was also good. The food came out quickly, the service was good and the...More

I always enjoy meeting friends for dinner, lunch or drinks at Savas. Anything off the menu is phenomenal. I try to order something different each time, but find I go back to their delicious Greek salad or the fish tacos. Same with their cocktails.... it’s...More

They have vegan options. . . not so sure about gluten free. I asked for gluten free bread and they had none. They do juicing before 3pm. That would be gluten free. . .and vegan.

Just call them. My guess is most restaurants with outside dining in A2 will allow dogs in their patio areas. I do not think there are any indoor pet friendly restaurants. Savas does have outside dining.
