Wine by the glass was average. Couldn't find a good chardonnay. Appetizers were excellent. We had the oyster fritters, the stuffed oysters and the sesame encrusted ahi tuna. All three were delicious. We shared a single crab cake dinner. If you like lots of lump...More

What a great biz lunch! Service was quick and friendly. We came here on a recommendation and was not disappointed. We shared the calamari app, it was a solid A. I had the seafood quesadilla, it was the best I've ever had. I"LL BE BACK!

Our 2 days in Annapolis just had to include a stop in the friendly Boatyard Grill. I usually have raw oysters and prosecco... but today it was VERY cold and snowing. I opted for the cream of crab soup and it was fantastic -- huge...More

What should I say for the food I ate. Seafood grilled extravaganza was "my dreams come true" dish if you are a lobster lover. Then comes crab cake, Antoine's stuffed oysters, yin yan soup etc. Congratulations to the chef and the fishermen. For seafood lovers!

The service was good, and my Rockin Rockfish (striped bass) was delicious. The portions were very generous. The only negatives for me were: 1.) The tables were very close to each other. 2.) The noise level was deafening. I would definitely return, though, since I'd...More

My favorite restaurant in Annapolis! We ate here several times and loved everything we tried. The upbeat, nautical atmosphere is a delight. Can’t wait to go back!

Specialties include smoked fish of the day (on premise), cream of crab and Maryland crab soups and an extensive list of crab and seafood specialties. The First Lady came from the White House to enjoy our crab cakes. The Boatyard has the most extensive raw bar in the area including a variety of oysters, clams, shrimp and mussels. The Boatyard receives awards for being most family friendly and having the best burger on the Bay. Its weekend brunch is the best in the area.
