Very pleasant location, just outside Averua. I went for dessert and a glass of wine, while writing up post cards. The location overlooks the water in a secluded setting. “Colonial house” but rather austere interior. I had the pavlova which was very good. Service not...More

Best seafood platter ever - must try. A great combination of tempura, crumbed and fresh seafood. A highlight was the tuna sashimi and fish curry.

A trip to Rarotonga wouldn't be complete without at least one dinner at the historic Tamarind House. The food is fantastic and the outlook is hard to beat. You will need to book though because it is very popular with locals as well as visitors.

This was one of the best dinners I’ve ever had. The fish was so delicious and all of the ingredients worked perfectly together. The pavlova was light and extremely tasty. The service was quick and the staff were so friendly. Thank you so much!

We chose this restaurant based on local referral as being the best on the island. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and really enjoyed the location, the service, the extensive menu & wine list.
