I ate at Organika with my traveling companions on our first night in Cusco after traveling from sea-level. We were told to eat healthy, light food on our first night in order to help us acclimate, and Organika delivered! The setting was charming and fresh,...and smelled of garden air and wood-burning stove. The service and the food were even more off-the-charts! There were so many mouth-watering options on the menu that it was hard to chose, but each of us were thrilled with our choices. I had the smoked trout salad and a kombucha, and it was large, filling, fresh, and beautifully displayed. We want to thank our server for great service and for kindly splitting our bill, as well. This will be my #1 restaurant recommendation for friends traveling to Cusco in the future!More

What a great first meal in Cusco, we arrived early morning from Arequipa and so we’re wandering the plaza for where to eat and stumbled upon this little gem. Fantastic organic vegetables and herbs from their own garden. And believe me you taste the difference. This is for how a tomato tastes. Unlike the “water bombs” we buy in the supermarket. Excellent menu with ample choices in fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Peruvians good...with a twist. For example a lasagna vegetarian or with meat prepared on a wood burned over. Homemade black spaghetti’s with scrimps or an Ossobuco with home made pasta. Healthy fruit juices and mixtures of fruits are delicious. The service us high class. Axl, our waiter, was of Michelin star level. A real pro. We are here twice now and we will return in 2 days to try out some more dishes.More
