Love the view, the calmness of the place with 2 different terraces, accompdating the different needs for shade or wind protection, both overlooking the water! We tried almost everything on the menu during our 2 week stay at Tepanee resort and found the quality of food great! There is something on the menu for everybody, Italian, Asian & Vegetarian friendly. Most importantly, there has never been once an issue with the « tummy » after having eaten at this restaurant including salads, raw fish etc! The service staff is very friendly and attentive and you are sure to be greeted with a smile!
The mango float and a glass of the Dom Papa Rum and an Italian espresso, make it a perfect culinary experience! We will be back!

Amihan is a great italian restaurant. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We went for family dinner of 10 pax and super beautiful place and the owners were there as well having thier dinner. So friendly people as well. We got some grilled fish and pizza (so good and real italian pizza). The view makes this restaurant more awesome. Literally, youre in the top of hill with trees arounds you over looking to the beach.
We came back here the following morning enjoying our complementary bfast. What??we got surprised. It was just amazing with fresh juice, crèpes and good coffee ( latte) and the million worth view. Definitely recommend this place.

For us the best restaurant in Malapascua. It is located at the top of a staircase which means it enjoys a raised position and an amazing view. The atmosphere is romantic, the (Italian) dishes are all excellent, the staff are smiling and sweet. Maui the super top manager!!!

The food was very average, which is a shame since its the only Italian restaurant on the island, but we had better pasta elsewhere.
The service was terrible - the owner wonders around, but is only interested in Italian tourists, the waitresses are disinterested and don't notice when you're trying to get their attention, it took over 45mins to get our food and it didn't even seem that busy.
Its a nice view, but not worth the premium prices they charge.

1) we are in Malapascua Island, where you can find many Italian Restaurants
2) until yesterday you were in Palawan and in the same day from there you cannot reach here
3) the owner is not in the island

Restaurant is strategically positioned. It overlooks a lagoon with their typical boats. There is a fantastic view. The food is very good, Italian chef. The welcome is amazing, all the girls are very kind and smiling. Delicious and delicious dishes. We already miss it!

One of my favorite restaurant in whole of Cebu this place is so breathtaking on top of the cliff and they serve very good pizza interview at night it’s so amazing the staff are very attentive and very accommodating and it’s a must try restaurant when you visit mala Pasqual island.

We took pasta and what we received was a shame. The taste was ok but there were not enough food in the plate! Not even to feed a child! And the price is really high for what they serve! Don’t get up the stairs and find an other italian restaurant

And we are so sorry that you found the quantity of pasta served too small and then of course too expensive: but unfortunately we know it only now, reading your review, so one month later than your bad experience.
And now we can only apologize and believe that there was some misunderstanding or mistake in what happened to you: in fact nor the managers nor any of our staff is able to remember any complaint about the quantity of pasta served since when we have reopened Amihan with new management and staff, last December 7.
We could have apologized in person and serve you another dish and don't charge you the pasta if only we would ever known your disappointment at the moment it happened.

Nice breakfast buffet included with stay at Tepanee. Went for dinner one night and found portions to be rather small. Tried one Filippino dish (pansit) which was a little disappointing. Decent Italian offerings.

The food was great. Fresh and good tasting food 4-5 stars. If you after good service, you will get really disappointed. The personal are not service minded, they are just there nothing more. We can’t give more than 3 stars.

The food wasn’t delicious or great but it was okay. The service was good but there was a girl who works there (didn’t get her name) she wasn’t really nice at all. When I asked her to bring me a bowl of rice, she looked at me and she gave me attitude. Overall it was average.

Amihan reopened last December 7, after 1 week of full renowation: since then we are receiving everyday bad feedbacks like this one, from users with no previous contributions but account created years ago.

have visited Amihan in the past and service levels and quality of food has gone down.
Staff used to be more friendly and welcoming, food used to be much better - although not bad now, but we had better food on the island this time whereas in the past Amihan was the benchmark.
