The dining experience was truly remarkable, thanks to the combination of delectable food, a warm and welcoming staff, and unparalleled service. The quality of the food surpassed my expectations, with each dish prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. The staff members were not only...friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met and that guests felt valued and well-cared for. We dined to celebrate my partner’s birthday and I was only expecting a small token to celebrate his day but the staff provided more. Their exceptional service added an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall experience. All in all, the combination of good food, friendly staff, and exceptional service created an unforgettable and highly satisfying dining experience.More

This place is VERY easy to underestimate yet it was outstanding. After reviewing the menu online (and again after sitting down) we wondered if perhaps trip advisor had it wrong. The only thing that was wrong was that this place isn’t rated #1 the food...is unbelievable. Their menu and pics do not do it justice. The service is excellent, the two waiters were on point with recommendations and making sure all our needs were met. We ordered the speciality pork and chicken quesadillas and they were by far some of the best we’ve had over the world, including Mexico. Highly recommended, do not skip this place.More

Best Restaurant we went so far in Boracay. Food is pretty amazing and it looks so nice on the plate. The staff (Nilo, Jhen and Ronnie) is very very friendly. We ate there three times in a row and they recognize us directly. We ate...de Lichon & Chicken Burrito on the first day, the Ribs & the Chicken Quesedillas ond the second day and the purple Nachos, Dumplings and Surf'n'Turf Taco on the third day. Best Mexican Fusion Food ever!! Cost / Performance ratio is amazing too. We will come back for sure!More

FOOD: The prochetta bagnet and caldereta callos enchiladas were amazing! One bite from each dish was all it took to completely fall in love with the rich and savory taste! Bagnet was crispy and juicy at the same time, while the caldereta callos was absolute...cheesy creamy goodness! SERVICE: Super friendly and helpful staff! Especially Nilo, Patrick, and Ronnie! They helped us with choosing the best dishes to try, served complementary appetizers, offered a promotional drink, and were always smiling! I will definitely come back again, and make sure my family and friends try Salsa whenever they visit the island!More

Brought my wife and her family to have dinner here since we're staying in La Playa which is in the same building. Food is really good! Love the beef quesadillas and lasgna-style caldereta. Price is also very affordable (our first day was in Station 0...and everything was just expensive there). Staff is also very accommodating. You couldn't go wrong here. 20/10 will come back again. Shout out to Nilo, Jacky, Ponnie for making our dining experience the best!More

Salsa is an in-house mexican restaurant here at Serene La Playa. I couldn’t ask for more. Food are great (worth the price). Plus you’ll get a discount from staying at Serene La Playa. Ambiance is also very Mexican and has a touristy vibe. But nothing...beats the hospitality of the staff. Very accommodating and you will really feel special (shoutout to Nilo, Jacky and Ronnie.) We even had complimentary drinks and an appetizer that were so good! Definitely a must tr in Boracay. 🥰More

This was a very excellent dining experience. We had appetizers and drinks. The staff was very attentive and helpful, Jacky Nilo and Patrick really took care of us. It’s a very diverse menu with Mexican dishes that rival the Sinolan and Guadalajara in region. Definitely...a hidden gem.More
