It’s my first trip to the Philippines and I’m a bit of a foodie. I like to explore different cultures and especially local foods.
These guys are excellent and can’t rate them high enough. Third time here and we will be bac
I went to Café Maruja specifically for their Matcha Latte but ended up ordering the Enoki Mushroom and Fries as well. The latter was specifically notable.
But what truly made this establishment a stand-out are the excellent service and the remarkable atmosphere.
The service I...received from staff was truly commendable and perhaps one of the best I have ever had not just in Boracay but in the Philippines. Note that while I’m now a visitor in this country, I grew up here and have had plenty of experience with the local service industry.
The place itself features a very relaxed, laidback and casual ambiance. But it’s also hip and chic in an understated and unassuming way. Guests were decent and the music was never loud with a perfect in-house playlist.
The menu offers a range of selection, including options friendly to those with dietary restrictions. Note that my matcha latte had almond milk as a substitute (for an additional charge).
The matcha itself was OK and could be richer but the almond milk they used likely watered it down. The only thing that would make this better is perhaps a different location but even that is not an issue. It was worth the trek to Station 3.More
We were looking for something light and refreshing after an hour soak in the waters and came across this cute and colorful cafe in Station 3. We went for early lunch and had a smoothie bowl, burger and infused water. Everything was good! We especially...loved the smoothie bowl, so light but also tasty. A perfect treat for a hot, sunny day. While dining, you'll be treated to good entertainment by two singers elevating the entire lunch vibe.More

The ambiance was great! Coffee was tasty and the food is super instagrammable. Location is great too, beach front property.
This is pricier compared to other resto/cafe in the area though. So prepare for that 😅

A wonderful beachside cafe that serves the best coffee I've found in Boracay with a fantastic menu that caters to both my healthy side, with smoothie bowls, wonderful salmon and avocado toast and equally to my sweet tooth. The crepes and cakes are to die...for. I ended up visiting almost every day after I discovered this fantastic gem. A live acoustic band is playing in Maruja as I write this review, lounging on their bean bags and cushions in the sand. 5 star.More
