At Nonie’s, we are believers in the slow food movement and the philosophy that everyone has the right to good, clean and fair food. This is what we aim to achieve through bringing our processing in house, baking our bread daily, making all our sauces and marinades from scratch, and using only the freshest ingredients possible. We also take our sourcing very seriously by working with family owned farms, so that we can trust where our food is coming from and to ensure we are directly impacting the community we live in. We aim to ensure our fresh produce and livestock are raised and harvested in an ethical and sustainable manner by building relationships with local farmers and visiting the source

Spot was good, really promising menu but the kimchi soup was not well balanced … the waiter misunderstood order and added an extra empanadas… and at the end he saw that he did a mistake and saw that I didn’t finish my soup, instead of...just making a gesture and offering something he just said that it is vegan and spicy like I didn’t know what I just ordered …More

We had the chicken and pork adobo and the braised beef brisket. The pork was an absolute flavourbomb. Crispy skin and juicy meat. The egg on the side was perfectly boiled as well. The chicken was so juicy and tender that the meat just slipped...right off the bone. Great.More

My wife, daughter, I came here for dinner. We got the chicken binakol soup, fish curry, chicken & pork adobo, and a side of atchara. We have zero to complain about. Soup was well balanced. Tangy, flavourful, and hearty. The fish curry was delicious. Lovely...flavour. Slightly tangy. The fish and prawns were cooked perfectly. The chicken and pork adobo was incredible. Massive piece of pork and a drumstick and partial thigh. Sauce was awesome. Light and garlicky. Finally, the atchara was a perfect little side of acidic picked vegetables, as it served as a palate cleanser. Tantan was a fantastic server who was patient with all of our questions and helping us choose the correct dishes. Rod took over our table and he was just as great! The prices here are very reasonable and a great value for the quality of food they are putting out! You will leave very satisfied and feeling like you probably had your best meal in Boracay.More

I didn't plan to dine here. It was my last night in boracay, and I was strolling around the beach area. I was tired and was about to catch an e-tryc when Nonie's caught my attention. I read a review saying it was overrated, so...I was a little apprehensive. But i was tired from all the walking and decided to just get something. Menu is simple but not ordinary, especially for the unlearned pallette like mine. Lols. So i tried tuna rolls and the bistek tagalog. I held back on the drinks cause i know i was going to be filled. Tuna rolls, yum. I love how healthy it is, and it makes me feel good to know im eating clean, healthy food. Then the bistek, YUM!!! The meat is so tender. Kamote Mash is excellent. Love its creaminess, not mushy, just right mash if you know what i mean. It reminded me of bilobilo, and true enough, may gata kasi. It has been a while since i was wowed by a food. So im truly pleasantly surprised. And to add, server is the nicest person ever. Kind and malambing. Medyo patweetums but i like how endearing he is. Lol. Asked about the food and if there's anything else, not intimidating, not bothering, just plain asking to improve the service and... pano nangyare yun? Can u even fake that? As a solo diner, sometimes i get conscious about it, but he made me feel welcomed pa din. Even moved the seats so i have somewhere to put my bag on. I have never had that done to me before. So yes, superb service.More

Hubby and I are currently staying at Hue Hotel Station X. Tonight on our last night here in the island, I convinced him to try this place since it is well-reviewed and just right beside our hotel. There were many diners when we entered but...we didn't have a problem getting seats. Rod immediately approached us and gave us the menu. We chose to order Bistek Tagalog, Mango Banana Smoothie Bowl and the Mango Turmeric Smoothie. Hubby and I were very impressed with the Bistek Tagalog since it is a unique take on the dish. The beef was fork tender and seasoned just right. Though we both wanted rice, the mashed sweet potato was delicious and complimented the taste of the beef well. The crispy onions gave extra oomph to the dish, the lettuce added texture, and the sauce was savory but not overpowering. We enjoyed it immensely. The mango banana smoothie bowl was also enjoyable as a dessert. It tasted to us like a refreshing ice cream with layers of texture and flavor from the puree, the sliced fruits, the choco chips and the grains which made it interesting. The mango turmeric smoothie with chia seeds was pleasant to the palate and refreshing. The turmeric wasn't overpowering. We would like to commend Art and Rod who served us attentively. Rod was very polite and observant. He gave us 10% discount when he noticed that we were wearing Hue Hotel ballers even when we didn't mention to him that where we were staying. All in all, it is a place we recommend and would go back to when we visit Boracay again.More

It’s such a cozy and nice place. We were greeted really welcoming and got some help with the menu. The food was just outstanding and delicious. We can really recommend the bao sliders and the wonderful deserts (flourless chocolate cake and Buko tart). Also it...was easily the best coffee in boracay! The food was so fresh and the meals are a very thoughtful fusion. Special thank you to the great staff at Nonie’s and a very special thank you to Rod who without a doubt wins the most charming waiter of the year award. He informed us a lot about the food and was so cheerful with everything.More

A small and unassuming restaurant near Station 2. It was recommended to me by acquaintances, and the recommendation was good. The food can best be described as healthy Asian cuisine. The soups are also good. The prices are absolutely justified. One of the better restaurants...in Boracay.More
