We went a couple of times. The menu is a little limited but everything we ordered was delicious and very reasonable. Its also a little isolated literally at the end of Rizal av. But 40 pesos on a tricycle will get you there. The restaurant has a kind of rustic charm with a nice courtyard outside where it is a little cooler to eat in the evening.
A point to note, the restaurant opens between 8.30am and 8.30pm. We came at 8pm one evening and ordered and whilst we were eating our food they closed the restaurant on time. One couple showed up and were informed the restaurant was closed.
Worth the effort!

Food was nice, the items on the menu are cheap but compared to what you get it is quite expensive. 140p for three thumb size pieces of chicken full of bones and does not come with rice or 99p for noodles in broth with a couple tiny pieces of chicken.
Service was okay but the waitress did not repeat our order back to us and therefore missed two of our orders so we were short which would have been fine if they were not so small. Had to go to another restaurant straight after as we were all still hungry

My friends and I tried this restaurant after a 5 hour trip from El Nido. We were starving and ordered few of their bestsellers. We tried fresh pork and prawn spring roll, friend pork spring roll, beef stew rice noodles, crispy pancit canton, french bread with pork bbq, and vietnamese coffee. It was all delicious and cheap. Serving size and portions are enough for the price. Highly recommended to try this hidden gem along Rizal avenue, almost at the end of the road.

If you are looking forward to a substantial meal i would go elsewhere. My friend treated five of us to a meal before flying home to Europe. I had not eaten at this restaurant for over 15 years as the portions were small, but my friend insisted on eating here. When the meals came out we saw a look of disappointment on each other faces as the servings were more like a starter than a meal. After we ate (it did not take long) we were all hungry so we proceeded to another restaurant where we ordered pizzas, tacos and quesadillas.

Our tour guide Jed had recommended Vietnamese restaurant Rene's Saigon.
We came in on weekday an hour before closing and were only the guests.
We met the owner himself Rene who I believe is Vietnamese that lives in Palawan. We got recommendations directly from him.
We got Goi Cuon or freshrolls, Chaolong, Bun Tuoi Pork BBQ, Banh Mi and Coconut coffee
The staff are quite fast and food got served in no time.
Chaolong is good and its a distinct noodle beefsoap on its own. Its different from the usual pho I tried in HCM. My favorite is Bun Tuoi (rice vermicilli with pork bbq) easily won me over. The sauce mix with it made a lot of difference. Springrolls and banhmi are good.
Coconut coffee got my nod, definitely a good concoction of coconut milk and brewed coffee. Not too sweet.
Overall they had meet our expectation and its fairly price. An authentic Vietnamese restaurant must visit in Puerto Princesa.

Place is a little isolated, last restaurant at the Rizal Avenue. Sunday evening, bot many customers around. Service was friendly and fast. I had really delicious Crispy Pancit and Beef BBQ french bread. They bake their own bread, it was really good.

I always go here since I was young. Usually with my family but sometimes just alone. My favorite dish is their crispt pancit, what makes it special is the really tasty sauce they put on it. Beef bbq was really good too, you can order it with bread, rice or rice noodles. They are quite far from the mainstreet in Puerto so the best way to go there if you are traveling is with a tricycle.

Ordered chicken curry and a chicken french bread. Chicken curry was 3 small chunks of bony chicken with maybe one bite all together. French bread was maybe 50 grams of mayo and 5 gram chicken with 2 slices cucumber and one slice tomato.

Their crispy pancit was superb! It was really crispy and the seafood and meat was like in harmony when you eat it. What makes it really good was the homemade sauce that they put on it. It's like a sweet soy sauce with a distinct taste on it.

We've been there to eat food for 2 people. We spent 600p. It includes 3 coffee and 1 beer. Overall the prices more less like in El Nido's some restaurants. But even its not about price. The amount of food was not fair to price but it was tasty :) i recommend it for ladies...but guys we need more food :)))
Anyway service was brilliant and helpful :)

Visited the place because of the reviews on Tripadvisor. Was expecting more .... we ordered Beef Pho, Shrimp Pho, Pork Pho, fresh vietnamese rolls, fried spring rolls, tofu and their french bread with pork. The noodles in the Pho weren’t that cooked (a bit hard n stuck together).
The Vietnamese fresh spring rolls and fried spring rolls were ok. The french bread with pork filling too was good. Also the saucy tofu dish.
Their coffee was the best among what we ordered. I would recommend them using clear coffee cups for the Vietnamese coffee to further appreciate it. Also maybe use better-looking bowls for the Pho?
I’m sorry i was expecting more from this resto.

Stopped by here after checking in on our flight. Quick meal indeed, while the tricycle waited for us outside. Satisfying Chao Long and Banh Mi in under 30mins. The place is 10-15mins away frm new airport.
