I had buffet dinner at this home restaurant at Puerto Princesa and the taste of the food was amazing. The options were also plenty. Loved the vegetarian and the vegan food here.

Everything looks very clean and there are a lot of different options. In many restaurants in the phillipines the vegie meals are just vegetables but here they have a lot of different tofu's, curry's, burgers..

The Philippines can be quite a tricky place for a vegetarian, but Puerto has another vegetarian gem - Veggie House!
The buffet has an amazing selection of dishes, including vegetarian versions of meat dishes, like tripe (with mushrooms instead) and chicken nuggets (with tofu instead).
The staff are very kind and friendly, as well as passionate about healthy vegetarian food. It is a little tricky to find but well worth the effort...
I'll definitely be going back again soon!

This vegetarian buffet, the 1st (and at the time of writing the only) one of its kind in Puerto Princesa has a wide selection of well prepared dishes. You don't have to be vegetarian to enjoy their food. The owner, a vegetarian for the past 18 years, told me that she offers the same food she likes to cook at her home. No msg, no chicken powder, low sodium, well balanced flavors. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. You can see the cooks at work through a large window looking into their well equipped and clean kitchen. The staff are polite and accommodating. The atmosphere was softened by some background jazz music. Within 10 minutes of my first visit, I knew this place had become one of my favorite restaurants in Puerto Princesa. I returned with my wife and friends and they all loved it.
