Try the banana pancakes. Really good. Family run Resturant. The service is a little slow, but the food is good. They offer a wide variety of American cuisine. It's right on the beach, at sunset offers a beautiful view.
Quieter place beach front, it's located about 10 minute walk by the beach from the very noisy part of the bars. The food was very good, generous serving and was perfectly done and fast to arrive. Beer was cold and music was good.
This restaurant has a nice seafront position at the be of el nido beach. It advertised happy hour cocktails and grilled food. We tried the cocktails which were pretty unimpressive. I ordered a MaiTai but ended up leaving most as it mainly contained sweet grenadine....The food was actually quite good but the whole experience was spoils by the rap music blasted out by the waitresses. Every song contained the word f..k and other diners also complained. The owner/ manager did not seem bothered when this was pointed out. Try el nido corner next door. Far more relaxing.More
The view of Bacuit Bay especially during sunset is great. But I'm reviewing the restaurant, not the view. If we were to relocate this to the middle of town, the experience wasn't worth coming back.
There were only 3 tables being served when we arrived...for dinner (we were the 4th). The girl came over to take our order so we asked what was the specialty she said "everything" was good. We asked about an item, what was in the "Bacuit Sauce", was it spicy? No clue. Asked us to wait while she goes and asks the cook.
We ordered squid. Comes back after a few minutes, no squid. We ordered a couple other different things and would you believe she went back and forth a few times to tell us they weren't available either. We were close to walking out if not for being really hungry at this point. We ended up with porkchops and shrimp.
In the middle of the meal a stray dog decided to park itself under our table. Not the kind of dog you'd want to pet.
Price: 150-300 for an entree
Food: Ordinary. Nothing you can't get anywhere else.
View: Amazing (see pic)More
Lovely view to the bay complemented by fantastic food. We tried grilled fish, Thai chicken and stir fried veggies, all of them were superb. Fish was grilled just right, not burned like in other places. We will come back
