This little restaurant was our favorite on the Philippines. The food is absolutely perfect and not so local as you might think when reading the name of the restaurant. The waiters are sooo kind and sweet and again the food is amazing!!!
I and my friends were in El Nido and were at first attempting to get seats at the restaurant on Vanilla Beach but it was full. Before eating here we quickly read the reviews. The catch of the day was good. But everything else wasnt great. The fries where expensive for what where clearly frozen. The sisig was a bit tough and rubbery, something I usually enjoy. Shame, maybe bad timing,...we where the last customers.More

We dined at local provisions for dinner and the staff were very welcoming and accomodating to our queries. The food was delicious and the cocktail menu was fresh and exciting! Our waitress, Junna, was an absolute pleasure and was keen to share her local knowledge...and ensure we had a pleasant experience. This was honestly one of our best meals we had while in the Phillipines. Fresh and flavoursome and making it even better it’s owned by a Filipino with all produce sourced from local farmers only (hence the name). Would definitely recommend and certainly go back...again!More

Loved the food , I had catch of the day and my girlfriend had the Filipino local pork dish , both where really tasty and great value for money. Check out this lovely place people! Local Provisions was very accommodating to our group of 11, setting up tables outside where we requested to eat. Angie, our hostess, was efficient and unfazed by our large group. I ordered the catch of the day, a grouper grilled with lemongrass and curry sauce....It was delicious! The group shared a ginger bread brownie and chocolate tablea mousse for dessert which we all enjoyed. We were all happy with the food we ordered and appreciated the chef stopping by to chat.
