Visited this restaurant based on reviews and it lived per the expectations. The vegetarian food was nice with many options. We especially liked Sate. It’s a laid back setting for relaxing time. Also it has a shop with local stuff and souvenirs and we liked...it a lot. It was reasonably priced too. Highly recommended!More

This is the freshest food I’ve had in Indonesia: fresh ingredients, freshly cooked. The service is friendly and the garden bungalow setting make for a memorable meal. Ate here multiple times.

Very good vegetarian food! Had to come back several times during my stay. A nice shop where you can buy organic soap among other things.

After a long walk to the Kraton, we found Milas down a small lane. Lovely garden setting. Food is delicious and interesting. I had the red (?) bean felafel - delicious. Fresh really good too.

The glowing reviews are a complete mystery to me. I can only describe the food as brown salty slop. The floor staff however are friendly and attentive. Avoid this place. Head to Mediterranea or Six Senses where the food is fantastic.

I’d planned to go to Depot Veggie but couldn’t find it - despite the fact my map showed I had arrived! So ended up here instead and had a really lovely meal - had the satay tofu/tempeh which was really good. I opted for brown...rice and the meal was really tasty and filling. It was a nice peaceful setting too and was nice to have a little wander around the attached shop which had some really good products.More

Amazing vegan and vegetarian food. We stopped in on our way back from visiting Prambranan temple and we were not disappointed! Highly recommend the falafel! Be careful not to over order as the meals are generous in size!

Got to know any this restaurant on internet. I am a vegetarian and was looking for a vegetarian restaurant and came across this. Initially was in double mind if I must visit this or another similar one. Ended up visiting milas. Visited on a Sunday...lunch inside a small lane. Entry itself was really satisfying.lush green garden and tables in the middle of the garden. This is a vegan restaurant...fyi Very good elaborated menu with lots of different cuisines. Decided to have Indian thali. It consists of 1 Chappati, mixed veg curry, dal, rice (white or brown of your choice) . Very good portion Excellent taste Chappati was so good such that it tasted better than many Indian restaurants Excellent ambience Very good staffs Pinacolado was decent but dominated by banana. Complimentary peanuts was good Highly recommended place for food. Downside - wanted to have one more lunch. Decided to visit since they told b Monday was a holiday. We told the staff on Sunday that we will visit on Tuesday for lunch and he welcomed. After reaching at 1pm, we got a shock that they open only at 3pm on weekdays... I feel lunch at 3-3:30 pm is too late. I hope they consider opening early in futureMore

Milas is well known for it's vegetarian fare. When you enter you see a large grassy central area with tables, day beds and seating areas that surround it. The food was excellent as was the juices. It also has some gluten free items on the...menu which was unexpected and appreciated.More

Lovely dinner in cute ambiance. All vegetarian but my husband has spinach nasa goring and liked it. I had potato-paneer balls which were delish. Ginger tea made from fresh ginger root. Fried banana dessert good as well. No alcohol sold here.

The restaurant setting in a garden is nice and relaxing. The service was fast. But food was a disappointment. Dahl curry was not fresh, banana fritters stuffed with cheese dry, tempura not well fried - the thick pieces of vegetables ras and not crunchy. Chapati...good. Expensive for the quality and staff not very friendly.More
