Maxim's Palace is a big ballroom which was completely full during lunch time. Chinese ladies push their trolley through the ballroom and on the front of the trolley is a sign which Dim Sum is on offer. An experience not to be missed in HongKong!

hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up
to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open
late into the night and there just happens to be a
street party every weekend. Although everything seems
to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of

When the push carts come back, you can see the food items in their full glory. If you don’t know what they are, you can see the descriptions in English and Chinese hanging from the carts.
