Well, let's be down to the earth. It is not a 5-star hotel so don't compare it with Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental or Shangrlia etc. This hotel offers a very good-value-for-money lunch buffet, at less than 200 HKD per person during weekday. The food selection...is wide enough and the staff provides good service. All in all, I would definitely be back again if I need to catch up with friends while not spending much.More

We paid 110 Hong Kong dollars for breakfast. They have an average selection but only two very very slow toasters, lovely thick bread that doesn't fit in and only toasts three quarters of the slice if you shove it in. The coffee/ hot chocolate machine...only worked one day out of three and the staff don't speak English when you ask about it. For convenience it is a good option.More

Kind of akin to a dhaba service from India. No sense of hospitality. Understaffed. And no response from staff members. Coffee, water, ran out an hour before service ended.

This is a large restaurant with seat out for about 150 ppl at one go. Large spread in 20 ft x 40 ft length with variety of Indian and non Indian food options in breakfast. More options for non Veg lovers - variety of options...provided. Veggiie and Vegans can also get good option of breakfast here as it offered 3-4 variety of veg food everyday. The only sad part was it was repetitive in nature and variety. Staff was not so courteous in nature but guided reluctantly for whatever was asked.More

Had dinner one evening at this buffet style eatery. Food provided in American and Chinese style, also Halafal. quality of food very good. At times can be boisterous, especially when families with children are present, or placed is very crowded. Now, the breakfast manager (he...was wearing a black suit) on April 4, 2016, was most rude. I appeared at 6:30 a.m. and was asked my room number. I gave it, and he then examined a list. Apparently, my name was not on the list, so he made a phone call, spoke in Chinese, then turned to me and said in English..."You are not entitled to breakfast." I had never said I was 'entitled' to breakfast. He then went on to ask me how I would arrange to pay, and 'cash here, or card?" I said cash or card, and he said "what CARD?" I HONESTLY FELT I WAS BEING INTERROGATED! I have traveled all over the world, and have never been treated like this prior to a meal. This person was TRULY OBNOXIOUS...and never apologized.More

We 2 family's were their for 5 days in November 2015.we found the hotel to be in good location, with lots of small restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very helpful and cooperative, hotel's breakfast was good but boring, with every day the same...menu. We had booked 2 , 4 bed rooms , the rooms were good but little small in size, the main problem regarding the rooms was that they had no windows so it .the taxi stand is just in front of the hotel so very convenient to travel to all the tourist attractions. Overall it's a good hotelMore

We stay at this hotel in March 2015 and were too tired to venture out one day so we thought we would try this buffet restaurant. Quite expensive at around £25 a head and that was with a discount. The starters and mains were just...'OK' nothing really stood out but everything was more than edible. The sushi was good and my husband enjoyed the duck pancakes. The dessert section however was incredible. Everything from ice cream with assorted toppings to cakes to fresh waffles. We tasted the best blueberry cheesecake we will probably ever taste at this place. I would come back here again for the desserts, but I didn't think the mains were anything too special.More
