The restaurant does not even deserve 1 star! I went to get a table with my mom and my old grandmother was following slowly with 4 other relatives. I asked to get a big table but they said to wait until all of us gets...there. Fine, we waited. When my grandma got there they said they had to split us up. Fine, we accepted. When we went to our 2 tables, another staff came and said we were not allowed to sit there even though it was the other staff who told us to go there. My mom opened the drawer at the table to get some tissue, the staff just slammed the the drawer shut nearly hitting my mom's fingers. Sorry but this is beyong bad service. They seemed to have bad attitude towards foreigners like many other reviews had mentioned. Please DON'T GO there. There are other better options. But also be aware that in Myeongdong area the attitude is not the best in many restaurants/stores.More

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID. I have read the reviews and I have seen many bad ratings but decided to ignore them and still go to have my own opinion. What can I say… We haven’t even dined in. I was there with my...wife and 15 months old baby daughter. At the door they told us we can go have a sit at one of the tables but without the bay stroller, surprisingly enough, they had no baby chairs to offer. So no stroller and no baby sit. I looked at the floor and was wondering may be it is made of a special wood or something and it turns out this was pure racism, rudeness and arrogance. I even tried to speak to the manger to see if a solution can be found but it turns that the guy I was speaking to was the manager. The waiter was arrogant, rude, had an attitude and was basically the incarnation of the most basic and primitive from of racism. It is a shame to notice this sort of behavior and that the racism was stronger that the desire to welcome someone… This is a place to avoid…More

Entered the shop and showed the waiter (chap with big round specs) our Covid Pass. We were told NO, as we were vaccinated with Sinopharm. In our 7days since entering Korea on the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) that SIngapore has established with Korea, we have...not had any problem entering malls and restaurants once we show the Covid Pass which shows that we are fully vaccinated. Who would have thought that this shop would discriminate against WHO approved vaccines when the Korean government has not. Unbelievable! No point arguing with someone so ignorant. We had a lovely dinner at another place. The loss is theirsMore

Popular Korean family restaurant serving traditional teppanyaki chicken with Korean rice cake. Staff are helpful to assist guests in mixing the ingredients in the frying pan. Delicious spicy dishes with lots of choices. A bit crowded when the restaurant is fully seated.

Famous for its stir-fried chicken in spicy sauce (Dak Galbi), this restaurant is always very packed whenever we visit. Lucky for us, we are able to get a seat quickly this time. We ordered the mix set which comes in 2 portion - spicy and...non-spicy. The spiciness of the spicy version is just right and the non-spicy version is marinated in a sweet sauce. Both taste exceptionally good especially when mixed with the generous amount of cheese. Higly recommended and definitely a restaurant of a great value.More

Came here with my husband last spring...and he loves the food! It's a bit spicy but tolerable. The food is cooked in front of you. There is also unlimited side dishes. Price is affordable.

My first time trying Yoogane was a lousy one. Staff was unfriendly and unapproachable. They did not pay attention to our table and our food was left unattended until it got burnt.

Terrible service! Rude waiter and waitress! When we had difficulty understanding what a particular waiter was trying to tell us in Korean, he kept repeating the same thing in Korean over and over again without making an attempt to seek help from his fellow colleague...who could speak basic English. We were exasperated even before the start of a meal. We asked for the WIFI password and the waitress replied “NO WIFI” in a mono tone and gave us an expressionless look. Very unfriendly. To top it all, the food was not fabulous. Our 1st and last time there.More

Ate here with my 10 yr old. He doesn't like spicy food. Waitress recommended chicken bulgogi with rice and cheese. Ohhh it was really really good. They have free veggie salad and barley tea. Price is very affordable. Highly recommended for families.

They prepare everything on a hot plate on the table but Koreans are used to spicy food so you come out smelling like spicy BBQ. I am sure that the food is not bad but after a while everything you taste is spicy, even the...water. The second time we asked for non spicy and they still made it spicy. I think that everything is ready in the kitchen and they don't want to make special orders. Their self service water station has hot water but you have to boil it yourself.More

Ate at this restaurant with my daughter, the kimchi rice was delicious , but of course very filling and way too much for only two people. There are many to choose from and the ingredients are cooked right in front of you. Make sure you...come with a big appetite, a must try when in Seapul of craving for Kimchi roce. The place was packer and there a hige line. Prices are average.More

We walked past this restaurant and were intrigued to see what the hype was because the restaurant was full. We had to share the set meal so if you came with someone and you didn’t want to eat the food there you are screwed. So...we had a set dinner for 4 people and chose the recommended dish with the kilo of cheese. I have to say it’s very different. It was nice but very rich. I was stuffed. The food was ok.More
