This is hands down the best spot for happy hour on the island! Great ocean view, laid back atmosphere, friendly staff and patrons, fair prices and cold beer! Bottom time is always a hit.

Great place to hang out after a day of diving. Cold Red Rooster beer and the catch of the day fish would be my recommendation. Large portions of food. The staff were super friendly and the service is great.

Red Rooster the local craft beer on tap here is ice cold and the tuna steaks are thick n juicy. The staff makes you feel like family and the crowd is always a diverse group ranging from modern day pirates to upscale yachtys. The yacht club also calls this place home so you get a good amount of yachts from small sailboats to 150 foot super yachts.

Bottom Time is at the Sam's Tour's dock. It's just a dive shop bar and grill. Based on how their onion rings looked we tried having a meal there. Big mistake. I had a beef strip thing.....very tough meat.....hard to even cut with a knife and fork.....bell peppers barely cooked.....and a sauce that really didn't go with it at all.....weird meal that I gave up on.....my wife had fish and chips and they were a bit better but still not great.

Food was not only wonderful for dinner after a day of diving with Sam's Tours, but it was good enough to come back here for dinner alone. The food choices were all good and offered at a very reasonable price. The bar was stocked with the basics and view of the lagoon was very nice. You can watch the night divers just below the bar which makes for a very unique dining experience.

We really liked this bar, and the wait staff and food. But it is months later and they are running false charges on my credit card. So management needs to find out who is running these charges

This place was great the menu was nice ... I ate there several times on my trip. I liked the Poki but was a bit spicy for me but I did not know to ask for not as I from Hawaii Poki usually don't have spice. I also had several of the other items on the menu and it was great.
This place offered internet ... FOR FREE about the only place I went to in Palau that offered it for free so that just increased the value of the place.
the Menu costs were high but more reasonable than other places offering less, on most day the staff was vary attentive!!! Great place check it out

This is the bar and grill attached to Sam's Tours. It was definitely one of the best meals we had on the island. Most of us got the wings (all different flavors) and they were delicious! Another member of our group got the burger and onion rings and loved them as well. Part of me wishes we would've just eaten here for all of our meals! It was also nice to just sit around in your wet clothes and not have to worry about going back to the hotel to shower and change to go to a different restaurant.

After a days diving, this was the perfect place to grab a drink and maybe some food. The food was decent - burgers, burritos etc, and there was always a good vibe at the place.

Part of Sam's dive club area. This is a great place for fast food such as hamburgers etc. Very convenient after diving with Sam's.

Located on the dock of Sam's Tours Dive company, Bottom Time has good food at fair prices. After a tiring day of diving, it was nice to have a close-by place to kick back, enjoy beers overlooking the ocean, and have dinner.
The quality and taste of the food was excellent, even if there wasn't so much variety on the menu. Burgers were tasty and filling. French fries were also good and worthwhile. Chicken fingers, sold as an appetizer, were served in heaping portions.
Best of all was the fish. All of their fish is tuna, which they buy on the local market - so if the fishermen didn't catch enough tuna on a given day, Bottom Time can't sell fish. Unreliable maybe, but fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the sashimi and the fish fingers.

They stop serving lunch after 2 pm which was disappointing but nice food nice location one of the more up market restaurants but not the best.

Ate here many afternoons after full day of diving with UWSD...
Had many selections and all were good value for money and equal to the price paid, beers cold as well. Definitely a place to chill, eat and talk after diving, even if ur not diving....Well done Sam's

The bar and grill is part of the dive operation and is a great place to have a few beers and some bar food whilst you compare dive experiences with other divers.

Definitely nothing special as far as a bar. We did not sample the food but I know I would rather eat with AC in one of the other fine options around Koror.
