The food is good with several options. Portions are big. The fried rice balls in tomato sauce were good. The grilled fish was good but the vegetables not so much.

This is the bar / restaurant at the Fish ‘n Fins Dive school in a very casual setting overlooking the dive school harbour. The menu included Sashimi and Italian food. We ate pizza which was very good and reasonably priced. The beer is not so cheap. A great place to eat except when there is a group of divers who were very rowdy and drunk after a couple of beers.

Staff were really helpful and friendly and the food was great. We spent a lot of time talking at the table and the staff did not pressure us to leave.

I was disappointed by this place, it seemed overpriced and the food not worth the price. Plenty of other better places around

This is an authentic Israeli-style dock-side restaurant with Tova's recipes, also serving local and western foods. Perfect after a long day of diving or a day of planning dives. The food is really good!

Overpriced small servings, you sit there with flies everywhere and the sound of the dive shop compressor running so loud. Terrible atmosphere, the staff look like whipped dogs and I can't blame them.

If you like your food alfresco with the smell of the local dump and it's swarms of flies accompanying it then this is the place for you

We stopped by Bar-ra-cu-da at least once a day during our 7 days in Palau. Convenient to grab breakfast before diving, nice to stop for a snack or 2nd lunch after diving, and a good place for an evening meal. We tried several things from the menu and enjoyed them all. Though the restaurant is conveniently located at the Fish 'n Fins dive shop, we made a special trip there a few times just to eat since we knew we could trust it being consistently great food.

This little snack bar attached to Fish 'n Fins dive shop serves up cold beer, and great fresh seafood at very modest prices. Nothing fancy at all, but very tasty.

We were on a dive trip through Fish 'n Fins, whose owners also run the Barracuda. While we were at the dive center, checking in and doing paperwork the first day, we looked at Barracuda's menu and it sounded great. We ate there by ourselves one night when I'd left my camera on our dive boat and needed to retrieve it from Fish 'n Fins.
The restaurant is open-air, right on the dock and right next to the dive shop/offices and rinse tanks. It's not pretentious, but the tables and food presentation are very attractive and there's a fine view of the harbor and the sunset. We split the Mediterranean sampler, which was plenty for two and included various delicious Middle Eastern spreads like hummus, baba ghanoush, a cucumber/yogurt spread, falafel, and a nice thick flatbread. While we were waiting for our dinner, we ordered wine and beer and sat, legs dangling, on the edge of the dock next to the dive boats to watch several species of fish feeding on the bottom. The cook/bartender offered us slices of bread to feed the local fish (not the best diet for fish, but there were so many fish attacking the bread that each probably only got a few crumbs. It made for a good feeding frenzy!). The co-owner of Fish 'n Fins (and co-founder of the Micronesia Shark Foundation)Tova Har-El came out to talk with us, and offered more bread. We shared a dish of yummy preserved figs and ice cream for dessert.
We were the only people in the restaurant while we were there - I'm surprised they didn't have more customers, given that their food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.
Later in the trip, our dive group had a group dinner at Barracuda - pretty much exactly what f1addict describes in his review. We had a wonderful dinner with our DMs and boat captains, as well as a very interesting shark lecture (while we ate our ice cream) from Tova.
Next time we're in Palau, we'll return to try more of their fish dishes and their other Middle Eastern dishes.

My wife and I ate here twice while we were diving and snorkeling Palau.
The first meal we had was excellent middle Eastern food. Since the owner is middle Eastern, the restaurant serves several Mediterranean items. We had the sampler menu item, which consisted of baba ganoush, a roasted bell pepper spread, huumus and roasted eggplant. There was a fifth item that I cannot remember as well, it was good though! Everything above was prepared fresh and served with plenty of homemade pita bread. If you ran out of pita bread you could have more just for the asking.
Our second meal here was a celebration of our dive groups trip. We had terriyaki chicken, rice, grilled fish and a side salad. Everything was excellent. For dessert we had homemade ice cream with chocolate sauce.

Welcome, we ate well cooked fish (parrot). Good experience, it's just that for dinner it's more complicated, they are often closed or close early, 7pm if they don't have many people...
