Amazing service

I was on business and stayed at Palau Central. We frequently would end our days at the Canoe House. The food was great, but even better was the service. All the staff is extremely friendly and one bartender specifically, Joanne, was exceptional. She was always quick when it comes to bringing out food and drinks and always makes time to say hello and start conversation. Always brought smiles to our faces and is one of the main reasons we kept coming back. She is the definition of phenomenal service. Overall, definitely a must visit bar and grill!

I cannot express how much I enjoyed this restaurant. The food was simply amazing, and the service was top notch without being overwhelming. The beef and fois gras gyoza were out of this world, and the pull-apart bread served tableside was warm and delicious (and buttery). My 4yo had teriyaki and it was delicious too. I also appreciated how accommodating they were with my 4yo son. They saw he was sleepy and they brought another chair so that he could lie down, and even a pillow! (that said I don't necessarily recommend going with little kids, based on price point...) The price is high but I would say appropriate for the quality, the service and the location. Definitely the best meal of the trip and one of the best for me in the last year...

Great customer service!

Canoe House is the spot for delicious food, live entertainment and dj Spotify music. This place has really become a regular spot for my friends and I. Dope aesthetics and even doper staffs! Shout out to Joanna, our favorite bartender, for her great customer service! Highly recommend to check out their ladies nights and other themed parties they host every month. Keep it up. Right on!!!!

Burned Fries & Burger (Take Out)

I got disappointed of my take out order (2-Texan Burger) last 23 August 2020 @ 5:32pm. My colleague who drove to pick-up my order @ 6:04pm. When we got our orders and open, Goodness!!! the fries were burned and so with the burger patty, the bacon is so stiff perhaps cooked longer in oil. Overall, i didn't finish my burger instead i left a portion of it as evidence. I went to Canoe House the next day after lunch bringing the evidence and complain in the counter. I let them see how burned the burger patty was. I do hope Canoe House will improve their way of cooking especially on take out orders.

Convenient, but nothing special

This restaurant was right next door to our hotel so we ate there the first night of our stay. The hamburger was not that great, but husband liked the fish sandwich. We ordered a 'to go' margarita pizza which was similar to Little Cesar's cheese pizza. Disappointing. Live music didn't start until 8. Prices were decent, but the food was just so so.

Work stay at adjoining hotel

The is the perfect restaurant for my stay in Palau, delicious food, impressive bar with a great selection of drinks, bar games, and ideal location; it's not far from any of the noteworthy sights and attractions. The best thing about my experience was the service, the entire staff was very considerate, helpful and prompt, especially the lovely bartender and waitress, Dimple, she made my friends and I feel very welcome, treated us with respect and always had a smile. I'll definitely come back here during every trip.

Amazing food and live music

The food here is great from the pizzas, and burgers through to the noodles and rice bowls. I was staying right next to this place in Palau Central Hotel and ate here almost every day. This place also does live music and can be a awesome spot for a night out, really recommend this place.

My home away from home 😀

This place like the title says is my home away home. It is my favorite place right now. My first stop whenever I need beer, pizza, and wings fix. It’s a place where I feel very welcomed and I can say the same for my friends. Who are always looking forward to coming for beer and food. This goes to show that the customer service provided by the staff is always on point. The staff remembers my name and takes the initiative to setup my tab separately before I even ask. They are welcoming and really adds to the ambiance. Joanne the bartender knows immediately when I walk through the door that I want a red rooster light. Always greets me with a warm hug and genuine smile. All around great place, food, and most especially the staff. Also I’m addicted to the Buffalo wings and the ranch 😅, and the beer 🥴.

Whether you are looking for good food, a refreshing drink or a great night out look no further than the Canoe House.

The best bar/restaurant in Palau. The food is great with a varied menu and always severed hot and in a timely manner. I stayed in the hotel for a month and ate regularly lunch and dinner in the Canoe House, sampling most of the menu and never had a bad meal. The staff are great and make the atmosphere in the bar, the are friendly and attentive and make all every customer welcome. The bar gets extremely busy at lunch time but the standards never drop. It is a very popular bar later in the night for people enjoying a night out and has live music or Karaoke most nights. Palau has many good bar/restaurants and I had good food at them all, but the Canoe House stands out for it's atmosphere and ambiance.

American experience in Palau.

Apparently this is one of the top resturants in Koror. It’s essentially a bar & grill. The service was good, but food came out all together (starters & mains (entrees)). My biggest grip was the nachos and the use of the bright yellow cheese (huge let down), while on the yummy cheese garlic bread it was real cheese. My friend rated the burger and was satisfied. Very American atmosphere & food.

Great burger

Fantastic Burger! The burger was one of the best burger I have had overseas! Plenty of food and friendly staff. I enjoyed the ambiance as well. Garry was very helpful as I navigated the menu regarding some dietary restrictions. I’ll be back!

Good vibe and great drinks!

Friendly staffs and great cocktails! The bar manager was really nice that shared a lot of travel information to us, including car rental shops, maps, and spots to visit in the city. Me and my friend spent 3 nights straight in there lol. Highly recommended for nice vibe, which makes this place especially good when they have few tourists now. Btw they have the BEST mojito I’ve ever had! You’ve got to try it!

Really nice bar/restaurant attached to Central Hotel in Koror. Excellent drinks and a very good bar food menu. We ate here several times while we were staying in Koror. We sampled and enjoyed the panini, burger, crispy wings (outstanding), BBQ pork sandwich, curly fries are the best side, and you must try their "spam fries" at least once! The drinks and local beers on tap were great. Staff is attentive and service was quick! They also have a Karaoke night that we missed. There are a couple of dart boards in the back and live music some nights. Also they have daily specials.

My wife and I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza just after arriving at this hotel from Yap. The well cooked thin crust was so delicious, we returned for lunch of House Salad and Baked Mussels, both delightful. Great atmosphere, wonderful food and live sports on TV.

Good food and fun place

A nice find downtown in Koror, close to all the hotels and connected to the Palau Central Hotel where I stayed. I had a great time here with friends from across Micronesia. The beer is cold, the food is delish, and the place gets hopping as the evening rolls. Lots of fun!
