A group of about 8 of us walked to this store to get gelato. When we arrived we discovered they had already closed. The owners (sorry I can't remember your names) were at their home next door and noticed us outside. They reopened the shop for us to serve us. The gelato and pastries were excellent and I highly recommend this shop if you are in Koror.

Great ice cream. Great espresso. Great tasty cakes. This is a high standard shop. The quality of their products is at top level. The owner looking to set a great service and quality. I was really happy to found l’Amarena in Koror.

I traveled to Palau in September 2024. I rented a car from AVIS and they gave me a coupon for one free complimentary item per rental. I decided to use it at L'Amarena Gelato Shop located at the 2nd floor food court of the Surangel’s Supercenter Airai.
I received one scoop of Mango Tango and Ube (Purple Yam) Royale. The mango was free but I had to pay for the Ube. This was my first time having Ube. I loved both the Mango Tango and Ube Royale Gelato. Both were good. I set in the food court, finished my gelato and then went shopping in Surangel’s Supercenter.

This is a real gem in Palau. Fresh made daily flavors of gelato, pastries, coffees, etc. Friendly owner and a bright, cheery atmosphere. Definitely a must see!

I am visiting Palau and my grandchildren said we must go to get gelato. We came once last week and again this week - probably will visit once more. It is that good. Wonderful gelato in every flavor that we tried.

We were told this was a must visit place before leaving Palau. I am so glad we had the chance to stop in, say hello and have the absolute best Gelato. Every single flavor was GREAT!!! Went in with a group of 5 and we all tried something different and it was all AMAZING. Definitely come in and get Gelato before leaving Palau. Even if you are lactose free they have something for you.

Was surprised when I saw Taj - an amazing authentic Indian restaurant in Palau. Was MORE surprised when I happened upon L' Amarena's Gelato Shop. Tons of flavors and the taste was what you'd expect from delicious gelato. Great stop on a hot day or for dessert and just a short walk from the hotels in central Palau.
The menu offered much more than Gelato - various other sweets and pastries, but we just got gelato on our visit. Certainly give this place a try!
