No, not just the next tourist trap as the name ‚False Door‘ might insinuate this is a top spot fir those who have time to wait a bit before getting seated in this unique tiny two storey place. Try the Tamales or Bogotá‘s sicnature dish,...More

Great place! It is quite small but a very charming restaurant with traditional dishes. Portions are quite big though. I would recommend the ajiaco during a rainy afternoon.

The chicken soup we had here was the best soup we tasted in Colombia. A wonderful crowded tiny restaurant with mostly local customers. We had been pickpocketed nearby and the staff were great - they called the police and really looked after us. Really appreciated...More

One of the oldest restaurants in the city. Great ajiaco, right in the heart of downtown. Prices are ok, and nice environment. So popular that sometimes there is line outside.

5 out of 5!!! The best food I’ve had in a very long time.. Must come. Local, authentic and delicious. If there’s two you, order one Tamales and Ajiaco Santaferno and share between you.

The food is incredibly delicious and even though the place is small it holds 203 years of history. I LOVED visiting it and did not mind waiting in line to get in.

Way too expensive for an original Colombian dish. Paid 38000 for one plate and a drink. Dishes are traditional.
