This is long over due, should had wrote this months ago. It was going to be a very busy day. Missed breakfast, so i was hungry. I showed up at Hall of Golden Chimes 15 before opening time. I have half an hour before i have to leave for my meetings. If i don’t get some food, breakfast will have to wait until after 6pm. I’m a regular in Naga2 hotel and Hall of Golden Chimes. I walked in and asked the waitress if i can get any kind of food. They said the restaurant is not yet opened. They explained to me that because the system is not online therefore they can’t input my food order. They refer me to their Chinese manager. The manager quickly asked me to sit down and give my order to the waitress. He instructed the waitress to give manual orders for the kitchen to immediately start preparing and cook my food. When the system is on, then key in the order. My food came in 15 minutes, I ate what i can in 10 minutes, paid and left for my meeting with 5 minutes to spare. I got there on time and with food in my stomach. I am extremely grateful that the Chinese manager accommodated my request. All the waitresses there have always been very friendly to me and my friends. The Chinese food there is one of the most delicious and authentic Hong Kong taste that you must try. Thank you Hall of Chimes!

Although the port here is expensive, it is really well-made and made of genuine materials. Hall of Golden Chimes - hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Phnom Penh and according to my guests from China: wow”. Any dish you order will not disappoint. Chinese food can be greasy and salty, but here the flavors are light and you can taste the vegetables as it is meant to be. Meats all delicately stewed - fresh and beautifully presented.
The serving staff is professional and attentive without being overbearing. Ask for Jake and he will take great care of you.
If you visit Phnom Penh, it is worth a trip to Naga. While it is a hotel and casino, the Halls of Golden Chimes standalone in its excellence - located on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of Phnom Penh.

The service is prompt and friendly. The food is up to the standard expected. Was suprised by their “Yu sang” which was served with poached chicken .The presentation of the food was also very nice. They also gave a complimentary dessert which was “tang yuan”

Visited during CNY period with friends and their family.
Wide choices of variety, food is tasty , perfect blend, we were pleasantly surprised!
The manager Mr Lim Seng Hak is very helpful, speaks several languages and good at recommending the list of yummy food to us. He is knowledgeable and friendly.
The restaurant environment is awesome, it is a must visit place for lunch or dinner.
Will come again when we visit Nagaworld 2 Hotel.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable dim sum buffet lunch on Sat (11am-2pm). Ask for window seating overlooking the Mekong river.
The food quality is great, personal favourites are Prawn Dumplings, Xiao Long Bao, Pork & Crab Roe Siu Mai, Duck & Char Siu Pork Platter. Restaurant manager Jake service level is great.

Excellent services and very attentive. Foods are tasty with a lot of variety. You will never stop ordering especially to the dessert. Most recommended dessert are the mango sago, herbs jelly and the unique kaya pastry with the swan look.

Really glad to have the chance to taste the cuisine at this chinese restaurant in Naga 2 ..
Their buffer dim sum offers a wide varieties of choices.. and they serve good quality Tie-Guan Ying Chinese tea which I liked a lot.. and their dishes are generous and of high quality in taste and appearance. Kudos and would gladly recommend to my friends and biz partners.

Had an early dinner at HOGC with several friends yesterday and ee had to say it was one of the most remarkable dining experiences we come from Korea. Each of us ordered a dinner set, as well as cocktails for the night. Throughout dinner, they provided exceptional services when explaining the ingredients of each dish and shared with us the background story of the inspired cocktails. We really enjoyed the food, as well as the ambience of that restaurant. Regardless if it's a dinner date or group gathering, I highly recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to go back to try out other dishes in the a la carte menu.
